Abstract

Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) merupakan suatu rangkaian peraturan atau prosedur yang meliputi seluruh alur dari kegiatan organisasi/ perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan kemudian dibakukan untuk mendukung kinerja karyawan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi/ perusahaan. Perusda Aneka Usaha Provinsi Kalimantan Barat sudah melaksanakan SOP penyewaan kios untuk menjalankan usahanya dan dilaksanakan sejak usahanya penyewaan kios akan tetapi dalam prakteknya masih banyak penggunaan SOP seperti penggunaan fasilitas kios yang tidak terkendali yang merugikan pihak Perusda sehingga meningkatkan biaya operasional. Oleh karena itu, mengevaluasi SOP penyewaan kios di Perusda Aneka Usaha Provinsi Kalimantan Barat perlu dilakukan agar tidak merugikan Perusda. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai ialah memberikan penilaian kepala SOP Penyewaan kios bahwa layak masih dipergunakan atau perlu adanya evaluasi SOP penyewaan kios agar lebih efisien dan tidak merugikan pihak Perusda Aneka Usaha Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek yang terkait dalam penelitian pegawai di Perusda Aneka Usaha Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yaitu empat orang pegawai di Perusda Aneka Usaha Provinsi Kalimantan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa SOP penyewaan kios sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik akan tetapi ada beberapa hal yang perlu dievaluasi kembali dari tujuh indikator, yang berjalan kurang baik ada ada empat indikator dan yang berjalan baik ada tiga indikator dengan hal ini maka SOP penyewaan kios perlu dievaluasi kembali agar tidak merugikan biaya operasional yang meningkat sehingga lebih stabil, memudahkan kegiatan usaha penyewaan kios, dan mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik dari pihak Perusda Aneka Usaha Provinsi Kalimantan Barat.

English Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are a series of rules or procedures that cover the entire flow of organizational/company activities that have been determined and then standardized to support employee performance in achieving organizational/company goals. Perusda Various Enterprises of West Kalimantan Province has implemented SOP for renting kiosks to run its business and has been implemented since the kiosk rental business, but in practice there are still many SOPs such as the use of uncontrolled kiosk facilities which are detrimental to Perusda, thereby increasing operational costs. Therefore, evaluating the SOP for renting kiosks at Perusda Aneka Usaha, West Kalimantan Province, needs to be carried out so as not to harm Perusda. The goal to be achieved is to provide an assessment by the head of the kiosk rental SOP that it is still appropriate to use it or there is a need for an evaluation of the kiosk rental SOP so that it is more efficient and does not harm Perusda Aneka Usaha, West Kalimantan Province. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects involved in the employee research at Perusda Aneka Usaha Province of West Kalimantan were four employees at Perusda Aneka Usaha Kalimantan Province. Data collection techniques used for this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the SOP for renting a kiosk has been going quite well, but there are a number of things that need to be re-evaluated from the seven indicators, which are not going well, there are four indicators and what is running well are three indicators. With this in mind, the SOP for renting a kiosk needs to be evaluated. back so as not to incur increased operational costs so that it is more stable, facilitates kiosk rental business activities, and gets a good response from Perusda Aneka Usaha, West Kalimantan Province.
