Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan tidak lepas dari kegiatan administrasi kantor, yang menjadi dasar untuk menggerakkan perusahaan untuk lebih maju. Di dalam administrasi perkantoran terdapat sebuah komponen yang mengatur alur administrasi kantor, yakni Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Standar Operasional Prosedur mengatur segala hal dengan tujuan segalanya tertata dengan rapi. Termasuk ATK atau Alat Tulis Kantor, yang dalam menjalankan kegiatan administrasi perkantoran menjadi komponen yang dibutuhkan, yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja unit kerja yang ada di Mall Lippo Plaza Batu, terkhusus di Kantor Manajemen Mall. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah Perancangan Standar Operasional Prosedur yang mengatur alur keluar dan masuknya ATK di kantor manajemen mall Lippo Plaza Batu.

English Abstract

A company cannot be separated from office administration activities, which are the basis for moving the company forward. In office administration, there is a component that regulates the flow of office administration, namely Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Standard Operating Procedures regulate everything with the aim that everything is neatly arranged. Including ATK or Office Stationery, which in carrying out office administration activities is a required component, which will affect the performance of work units in the Lippo Plaza Batu Mall, especially in the Mall Management Office. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection methods namely observation, interviews, and documentation. From this research resulted in a Standard Operating Procedure Design that regulates the flow of ATK in and out at the management office of the Lippo Plaza Batu mall.
