Abstract

Tugas akhir ini berjudul “Penerapan Prosedur Pengelolaan Manajemen Arsip Dinamis Inaktif pada Bagian Tata Usaha Stasiun Meteorologi Kelas I Juanda Sidoarjo” bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pengelolaan manajemen arsip dinamis inaktif dan memperbaiki pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif pada unit Tata Usaha Stasiun Meteorologi Kelas I Juanda Sidoarjo. Metode penyelesaian pada tugas akhir ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tahapan pengelolahan data yang dimulai dari mengevaluasi proses pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif kemudian mengusulkan sebuah ide perbaikan dengan membuat flowcharts atau diagram alir mengenai Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif. Hasil dari pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa hambatan dari proses pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif adalah tidak adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang berlaku sebagai dasar indikator pelaksanaan proses pengelolaan manajemen arsip dinamis inaktif. Sehingga solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut dengan menciptakan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan konsistensi dalam pelaksanaan proses pengelolaan manajemen arsip dinamis inaktif dan meminimalisir adanya kesalahan.

English Abstract

This final project has the title “Implementation of Inactive Dynamic Archives Management Procedures in the Administrative Section of the Class I Meteorological Station Juanda Sidoarjo" aims to find out how the management procedures for managing inactive dynamic archives and improve the management of inactive dynamic archives in the Administrative Unit of Class I Meteorological Station Juanda Sidoarjo. Completion method in this final task is prepared by using descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data processing stage starts with evaluating the process of managing inactive dynamic records and then proposing an idea for improvement by making flowcharts or flowcharts regarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for managing inactive dynamic records. The results of the observations show that the obstacle to the process of managing inactive dynamic records is the absence of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that applies as a basis for indicators of the implementation of the management process for managing inactive records. So the solution to overcome these obstacles is to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with the aim of creating consistency in the implementation of the management process for inactive dynamic archives management and minimizing errors.
