Abstract

Penelitian Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan Google My Business sebagai media digital marketing Jawa Timur Park Group pada Batu Night Spectacular. Metode yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tahap penyelesaian Tugas Akhir melalui empat tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap optimalisasi, tahap monitoring dan tahap evaluasi. Dari hasil penelitian di bulan November, Desember, dan Januari dapat disimpulakan bahwa strategi pengelolaan Google My Business Batu Night Spectacular yang diterapkan berhasil meningkatan jumlah kunjungan Google My Business Batu Night Spectacular sebanyak 337.000 kunjungan dan meningkatkan jumlah pencarian keywords “Batu Night Spectacular” pada search engine Google sebanyak 276.000 pencarian. Selain itu, melalui pengelolaan Google My Business Batu Night Spectacular didapatkan jumlah reviews sebanyak 657 dengan 76% reviews bintang 5, 17% reviews bintang 4, 5% reviews bintang 3, 1% reviews bintang 2 dan 1% reviews bintang 1.

English Abstract

This final project research aims to determine the management of Google My Business as a digital marketing medium for the Jawa Timur Park Group at Batu Night Spectacular. The method used in this final project is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The completion stage of this Final Project goes through four stages, namely the planning stage, the optimization stage, the monitoring stage, and the evaluation stage. From the results of research in November, December, and, January it can be concluded that the Google My Business Batu Night Spectacular management strategy that was implemented succeeded in increasing the number of visits to Google My Business Batu Night Spectacular by 337,000 visits and succeeded in increasing the number of searches for the keyword "Batu Night Spectacular" in search engines. Google as many as 276,000 searches. In addition, through the management of Google My Business Batu Night Spectacular, a total of 657 reviews were obtained with a percentage of 76% 5-star reviews, 17% 4-star reviews, 5% 3-star reviews, 1% 2-star reviews, and 1% 1-star reviews.
