Abstract
Dalam melaksanakan tugas nya staff Badan Pengawasan Mahamah Agung RI sering kali dituntut untuk menyelesaikan pengaduan dari masyarakat dengan cepat. Namun dalam praktiknya masyarakat belum banyak mengetahui bagaimana alur pengaduan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta memahami terkait dengan Mekanisme Penanganan Pengaduan di Badan Pengawasan Mahkamah Agung RI. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum yuridis empiris yang dilihat sebagai perilaku masyarakat yang berpola dalam kehidupan masyarakat yang selalu berinteraksi dan berhubungan dalam aspek kemasyarakatan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui primer dan sekunder serta Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat dua (2) pembahasan terkait dengan (1) Mekanisme penanganan pengaduan di Badan Pengawasan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia, dan (2) Kendala dan solusi dalam Mekanisme penanganan pengaduan di Badan Pengawasan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia
English Abstract
In carrying out their duties, the staff of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia are often required to resolve complaints from the public quickly. However, in practice, the community does not know much about the flow of complaints. This study aims to know and understand related to the Complaint Handling Mechanism at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. This type of research uses empirical juridical legal research which is seen as a patterned societal behavior in people's lives that are always interacting and related in social aspects. Data collection techniques used through primary and secondary as well as data analysis techniques used are descriptive qualitative. From the research results it is known that there are two (2) discussions related to (1) Mechanism for handling complaints at the Supervisory Board of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, and (2) Obstacles and solutions in the mechanism for handling complaints at the Supervisory Board for the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia
