Abstract
Penelitian Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi media monitoring berita sosialisasi kebijakan kayutangan one way di Kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah jenis Kualitatif dengan metode Deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Tugas akhir ini menggunakan lima media dalam proses monitoring berita, yaitu Radar Malang, Posco Media, Suryamalang.com, City Guide 911 FM dan Kompas TV Malang. Proses monitoring yang dilakukan adalah dengan penentuan format dan pengumpulkan data atau dokumentasi berita dari media massa, mendata jumlah pemberitaan dengan menuliskan nama media, tanggal publikasi dan judul berita, melakukan content analysis terhadap isi pemberitaan berupa penilaian tone berita positif, netral atau negatif kemudian melaporkan hasil analisa isi berita kepada Sub-Substansi Dokumentasi Pimpinan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa dapat monitoring berita sosialisasi kebijakan kayutangan one way di Kota Malang Memiliki hasil tone positif pada 4 media dari 5 media dengan persentase berita positif sebesar 53,6% atau setara dengan 30 berita dari 56 berita.
English Abstract
This final project research aims to determine the evaluation of Media monitoring socialization news of the kayutangan one way policy in malang city. The method used in this final project is qualitative with descriptive methods, with data collection techniques namely observation and documentation. This final project uses five media in the news monitoring process, namely Radar Malang, Posco Media, Suryamalang.com, City Guide 911 FM and Kompas TV Malang. The monitoring process is carried out by determining the format and collecting data or news documentation from the mass media, recording the number of reports by writing the name of the media, date of publication and news title, conducting content analysis of the contents of the news in the form of evaluating the positive, neutral or negative news tone and then reporting the results. analysis of news content to Leadership Documentation Sub-Substance. From the results of the study it can be seen that it can monitor the news of the socialization of the one way timber policy in Malang City. It has positive tone results on 4 media out of 5 media with a percentage of positive news of 53.6% or the equivalent of 30 news out of 56 news.
