Abstract

Latar Belakang: Cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap dunia tahun 2023 mencapai 93,7%. Namun, pandemi COVID-19 yang tidak terduga menjadikan cakupan tersebut merosot. Cakupan imunisasi dasar Indonesia pada tahun 2018 adalah 90,61%, sementara target Renstra (Rencana Strategis) Kementerian Kesehatan adalah 92,5%. Meskipun pada umumnya sudah mencapai lebih dari 85%, terjadi fluktuasi angka persentase cakupan imunisasi di Indonesia. Fluktuasi persentase dapat dilihat sejak tahun 2011 dan yang paling signifikan adalah pada tahun 2016, terjadi kenaikan dari 86,54% menjadi 91,58%. Namun, angka ini menurun sedikit demi sedikit hingga sampai pada angka persentase 83% yang sekarang sementara Renstra 2021 semakin meningkat yaitu 93% (Depkes RI, 2021). Tujuan: Menentukan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan orang tua dalam memberikan imunisasi dasar lengkap. Metode: Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menganalisa artikel penelitian yang diperoleh dengan mengakses database Scopus, Elsevier, Springer, ProQuest, Science Direct, PubMed. Hasil: Berdasarkan 10 jurnal yang dibahas, didapatkan bahwa faktor jumlah anak, tingkat pendidikan, kepercayaan akan nakes, pengaruh sosial, informasi, agama, persepsi akan vaksin, ketakutan akan KIPI, kepercayaan diri dalam mengatasi PD3I, edukasi dari nakes, kredibilitas nakes dan institusi kesehatan, status pekerjaan, konspirasi, dan kebijakan pemerintah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam pengambilan keputusan orang tua dalam memberikan Imunisasi Dasar.

English Abstract

Background: The global complete basic immunization coverage in 2023 reached 93.7%. However, the unexpected COVID-19 pandemic has caused this coverage to decline. Indonesia's basic immunization coverage in 2018 was 90.61%, while the Ministry of Health's Strategic Plan target is 92.5%. Although in general it has reached more than 85%, there are fluctuations in the percentage of immunization coverage in Indonesia. Percentage fluctuations can be seen since 2011 and the most significant was in 2016, when there was an increase from 86.54% to 91.58%. However, this figure decreased little by little until it reached the current percentage of 83% while the 2021 Strategic Plan is increasing, namely 93% (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2021). Objective: To determine the factors that influence parents' decision to provide complete basic immunization. Methods: This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research method by analysing research articles obtained by accessing the Scopus, Elsevier, Springer, ProQuest, Science Direct, PubMed databases. Results: Based on the 10 journals discussed, it was found that the factors of number of children, education level, trust in health workers, social influence, information, religion, perception of vaccines, fear of AEFI, confidence in overcoming VPD, education from health workers, credibility of health workers and health institutions, employment status, conspiracy, and government policies have a significant influence on parental decision making in providing Basic Childhood Immunization.
