Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada tuntutan pembelajaran di era pandemi covid-19 dengan menggunakan blended learning dan media online sebagai upaya penerapan dari digital leadership terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMK Negeri Rengel. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu total responden sebanyak 80 guru di SMK Negeri Rengel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi beserta uji-ujinya. Hasil penelitian ini ditunjukkan oleh variabel Digital Leadership (X) terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru Berbasis Blended Learning (Y) dengan t hitung sebesar 7,528, R hitung sebesar 0,649, R Square sebesar 0,421 dan F hitung sebesar 56,678. Kesimpulannya bahwa Digital Leadership (X) terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru Berbasis Blended Learning memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Sarannya agar lebih memperkuat konsep dari penelitian ini dan meningkatkan kevalidan serta reliabelnya suatu data, maka perlu menggali lebih banyak lagi indikator-indikator yang mempunyai hubungan dengan variabel penelitian.

English Abstract

The background of this research is based on the demans of learning in the era of the covid-19 pandemic by using blended learning and online media as an effort to apply digital leadership to teacher teaching performance at Rengel State Vocational High School. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The number of samples used was a total of 80 teachers at Rengel State Vocational High School. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and regression analysis along with tests. The result of this study are shown by the variable Digital Leadership (X) on variable Teaching Performance of Teachers Based on Blended learning (Y) with t count of 7,528, R count of 0,649, R Square count of 0,421 and F count of 56,678. The conclusion is that Digital Leadership has a positive and significant influence on the Teaching Performance of Teachers Based on Blended Learning. The suggestion is to futher strengthen the concept of this research and increase the validity and reliability of a data, it is necessary to explore more indicators that have a relationship.
