Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana strategi pemasaran dilaksanan pada Co-Location Poncokusumo untuk meningkatkan income PT Pegadaian Area Malang. Manfaat dari strategi pemasaran ini untuk mendatangkan nasabah di Co-Location Poncokusumo yang merupakan outlet baru. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa pemasaran yang dilakukan Co-Location Poncokusumo sesuai prosedur PT Pegadaian, tahapan pemasaran dilakukan dengan rinci, dan konsep pemasaran dengan komponen yang lengkap sampai berlanjut pada strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan yaitu Segmentasi, Targeting, Positioning (STP). Outlet Co-Location Poncokusumo masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi dari segi pelayanan dan marketing.
English Abstract
This study aims to evaluate how the marketing strategy is implemented at the Poncokusumo Co-Location to increase the income of PT Pegadaian Area Malang. The benefits of this marketing strategy are to bring in customers at the Poncokusumo Co-Location which is a new outlet. The research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. From the research results it is known that the marketing carried out by Co-Location Poncokusumo is according to PT Pegadaian procedures, the marketing stages are carried out in detail, and the marketing concept with complete components continues to the marketing strategy carried out, namely Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning (STP). The Poncokusumo Co-Location Outlet still needs to be improved in terms of service and marketing.
