Abstract
Peneilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Digital Saving, serta Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan Digital Saving dalam mengurangi antrean Customer Service pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia,Tbk Unit Batu 1. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskirptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan diantaranya adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data tambahan meliputi dokumentasi foto, dokumen atau arsip yang didapatkan melalui jurnal maupun buku. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan informan setuju bahwa layanan digital saving dapat mengurangi antrean customer service dengan kualitas layanan yang cepat, aman, nyaman, dan antrean.
English Abstract
This research aims to find out how Digital Saving is implemented, as well as the factors that influence the implementation of Digital Saving in reducing Customer Service queues at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Unit Batu 1. This type of research used descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. Additional data collection includes photo documentation, documents or archives obtained through journals or books. The results of this study state that informants agree that digital saving services can reduce customer service queues with fast, safe, comfortable, and queue quality services.
