Abstract
Berlatarbelakang tentang kebutuhan perusahaan dalam sistem administrasi keuangan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan aplikasi GreatDay dalam sistem administrasi keuangan untuk pengajuan Surat Permintaan Pengeluaran Kas (SPPK) di PT Aino Indonesia. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa partisipasi langsung, observasi, dan kuesioner terbuka. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan memberikan hasil kepada penulis bahwa SPPK diajukan menggunakan formulir excel, pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang terbarui seperti GreatDay belum digunakan secara maksimal. Oleh sebab itu, penulis mencoba mengevaluasi penggunaan GreatDay sebagai media pengajuan SPPK. Kegiatan evaluasi dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui keefektifan dan efisiensi penerapan aplikasi GreatDay dalam sistem administrasi keuangan untuk pengajuan SPPK di PT Aino Indonesia
English Abstract
The background is about the company's need for a more effective and efficient financial administration system. This study aims to determine the application of the GreatDay application in the financial administration “system for submitting Surat Permintaan Pengeluaran Kas (SPPK) at PT Aino Indonesia. This study applied a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of direct participation, observation, and open questionnaires. The data collection that was carried out gave the results to the authors that the SPPK was submitted using excel form, the use of updated information technology developments such as G/"eatDay had not been used optimally. Therefore, the authors try to evaluate the use of GreatDay as a medium for submitting SPPK. The evaluation activity is intended to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the GreatDay application in the financial administration system for filing SPPK at PT Aino Indonesia.
