Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tata kelola penyimpanan arsip dinamis yang ada di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sidoarjo serta faktor faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi di dalam proses penyimpanan arsip dinamis aktif maupun inaktif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tujuan peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian tersebut adalah untuk memaparkan tata kelola penyimpanan arsip dinamis dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan kurangnya fasilitas yang memadai dalam proses penyimpanan arsip dinamis di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sidoarjo sehingga proses penyimpanan kurang maksimal.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the management of dynamic archive storage at the secretariat office of the DPRD Sidoarjo regency and what factors influence the process of storing active and inactive dynamic archives. This type of research is using a descriptive with a qualitative approach. The purpose of researchers using this type of research is to describe the management of dynamic archive storage with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study found a lack of adequate facilities in the process of storing dynamic archives at secretariat office of the DPRD Sidoarjo regency so that the storage process was not optimal.
