Ideologi Anies Baswedan dalam Pidato Deklarasi Bakal Capres RI 2024: Analisis Wacana Kritis

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara umum berfokus pada bagaimana bakal Capres RI 2024, Anies Baswedan menyampaikan ideologinya melalui pidato deklarasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan tindak tutur, gaya bahasa serta informasi tentang penggunaan tindak tutur dan gaya bahasa tertentu dalam kerangka penyampaian ideologi Anies Baswedan pada pidato deklarasi Bakal Capres RI 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK). Data penelitian ini adalah pernyataan-pernyataan yang memiliki tindak tutur dan gaya bahasa, serta informasi tentang penggunaan tindak tutur dan gaya bahasa tertentu dalam kerangka penyampaian ideologi Anies Baswedan pada pidato deklarasi Bakal Capres RI 2024. Sumber data diperoleh dari dua pidato Anies Baswedan yang disiarkan secara resmi di kanal YouTube Metro TV. Peneliti menggunakan teknik simak bebas libat cakap untuk mengumpulkan data lalu studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Metode content analysis digunakan peneliti untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pidato yang disampaikan Anies Baswedan memiliki 25 tindak tutur asertif, 13 tindak tutur direktif, 6 tindak tutur komisif, 3 tindak tutur ekspresif, dan 2 tindak tutur deklaratif. Pidato tersebut juga mengandung 44 gaya bahasa repetisi, 3 gaya bahasa paralelisme, 1 gaya bahasa antiklimaks, 1 gaya bahasa klimaks dan 1 gaya bahasa antitesis. Kemudian juga ditemukan bahwa alasan tindak tutur dan gaya bahasa yang muncul dalam pidato Anies Baswedan karena dilatarbelakangi adanya kognisi dan konteks sosial tertentu, Ideologi yang berhasil ditemukan dalam pidato Anies Baswedan sebagai bakal Capres RI 2024 adalah Pancasila. Penelitian ini hanya menggunakan dua pidato yang dilaksanakan penutur bersama Partai NasDem. Kemudian juga memiliki keterbatasan data dalam mengungkap kognisi dan konteks sosial sehingga dibutuhkan penelitian lebih lanjut. Selain itu, juga diperlukan untuk menganalisis pidato bakal Capres RI 2024 lainnya sehingga dapat ditemukan perbedaan ideologinya.

English Abstract

The research focuses on how the Republic of Indonesia (RI) Presidential Candidates for 2024, Anies Baswedan, conveys his ideology through his presidential declaration speech. This study aims to reveal Anies Baswedan's speech acts, language styles, and information about the use of certain speech acts and language styles within the framework of conveying Anies Baswedan's ideology in the declaration speech for the 2024 RI Presidential Candidate. The research method is descriptive qualitative with the approach of Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). The data in this research were Anies Baswedan's speech acts, language styles and information about the use of certain speech acts and language styles within the framework of conveying Anies Baswedan's ideology in the declaration speech for the 2024 RI Presidential Candidate, officially broadcast on Metro TV's YouTube channel. The researcher used an uninvolved conversation observation technique, study documentation and interviews to collect data. The researcher used the content analysis method to analyze the data. The result of this study shows that the speech delivered by Anies Baswedan contained 25 assertive speech acts, 13 directive speech acts, 6 commissive speech acts, 3 expressive speech acts, and 2 declarative speech acts. The speech also contained 44 repetition styles, 3 parallelism styles, 1 anticlimax style, 1 climax style and 1 antithesis style. The reserach was also found that the reason for the speech acts and style of language that appeared in Anies Baswedan's speech was due to the background of certain cognition and social context. The ideology found in Anies Baswedan's speech as a candidate for the 2024 Indonesian presidential candidate is Pancasila. The reserach only uses two speeches conducted with the NasDem Party. It also has limited data in uncovering cognition and social context, so further research is needed. In addition, it is also necessary to analyze the speeches of other candidates for the 2024 RI Presidential Candidate so that ideological differences can be found.
