Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan dan menjelaskan pengaruh Service Quality dan Product Quality terhadap Repurchase Intention (Studi pada Produk Somethinc di Tiktokshop) Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang diambil adalah konsumen pengguna Somethinc yang pernah membeli minimal dua kali di Tiktokshop. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu probability sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis stratistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Service Quality dan Product Quality berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention. (2) Service Quality secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention (3) Product Quality secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention. Hasil Uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 72% dan sisanya sebesar 28% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas di dalam penelitian ini.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of the Service Quality and Product Quality on Repurchase Intention Somethinc Product (Study on Somethinc Product at Tiktokshop). The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population taken was Somethinc consumer who had made a minimum of two purchases on Tiktokshop. The sampling used is probability sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistic analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research used SPSS software version 25. The results of this study showed that (1) Service Quality and Product Quality simultaneously had a positive effect on Repurchase Intention. (2) Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, (3) Product Quality partially positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, and (4) Test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) of 72% and the remaining 28% are influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
