Abstract
Coban kromo adalah warisan leluhur nenek moyang Mbah Soetomedjo yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan budaya manten kucing. Budaya manten kucing dilakukan untuk menarik wisatawan yang mendatangkan nilai ekonomi bagi warga setempat. Pengembangan Desa wisata Coban kromo sangat penting karena dapat menambah keuntungan bagi warga setempat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari beberapa narasumber, observasi, dan juga dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Didapatkan beberapa faktor yang berpotensi sebagai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman Desa Wisata Coban Kromo sebagai Daya Tarik Wisata . Faktor kekuatan yang dimiki meliputi; Sumber daya alam, prestasi, Atraksi, kreatifitas dan brand image Desa Wisata Coban Kromo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti memberikan rekomendasi yaitu sosialisasi lebih lanjut dari Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) Desa Pelem untuk mengajak masyarakat yang belum aktif, salah satunya dengan mengadakan acara adat desa yang melibatkan seluruh masyarakat kemudian acara tersebut dipromosikan lebih luas sehingga menjadi suatu atraksi wisata dan menarik minat wisatawan.
English Abstract
Coban Kromo is an ancestral heritage from Mbah Soetomedjo's grandpafather ancestors which has a connection with the culture of cat brides. The cat bride culture is carried out to attract tourists who bring economic value to local residents. The development of the Coban Kromo tourism village is very important because it can increase profits for local residents. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data obtained from several sources, observations, and also documentation. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are several factors that have the potential to become strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Coban Kromo Tourism Village as a Tourist Attraction. Possess strength factors include; Natural resources, achievements, attractions, creativity and brand image of Coban Kromo Tourism Village. Based on the results of the research, the researcher provides recommendations, namely further socialization from the Pelem Village Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) to invite the community who are not yet active, one of which is by holding village traditional events that involve the entire community then the event is promoted more widely so that it becomes a tourist attraction and attract tourists
