Abstract

Abstract. This paper aims to describe lingual specimens that contain elements of crime in language material refering to the purpose of crime in a suicide letter from the suicide case of a college student from Xi'an, China. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative using text analysis method. The analysis in this study using reading technique which has the following stages: dissecting evidences, mark words or sentences that contain elements of related crimes, analyze the data with linguistic rules, and describe the meaning of the related data. The focus of the analysis in this study is to understand and interpreting unusual meaning and refers to elements of crime. The result of this study is the suicide perpetrator use words that refer to describe traumatic situation during sexual harassment and continues become suicidal as a way to solve the problem.

本文旨在描述了中国西安一名大学生自杀案件中一封自杀信中犯罪目的的语言材料中包含犯罪成分的语言样本。本研究的形式是采用文本分析方法进行描述性调研。本研究的分析采用阅读技术，分为以下几个阶段：剖析证据，标记包含相关犯罪要素的单词或句子，用语言数据分析规则，描述相关数据的含义。本研究分析的重点是理解和解释异常含义并提及犯罪要素。这项研究的结果是，自杀者使用描述表示性骚扰期间创伤的情况，并继续以自杀作为解决问题的方式。
