Abstract
PT Venezia Footwear merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang industri pembuatan alas kaki tepatnya perusahaan ini memproduksi berbagai jenis sandal, sepatu casual, pumps, dan boots kulit untuk wanita. PT Venezia Footwear berada di Dsn. Serning RT.26 RW.10, Banjaragung, Bareng, Jombang sejak tahun 2014. Proses produksi yang dilakukan pada pembuatan sepatu dimulai dari gudang bahan baku, proses cutting, proses jahit, proses konveyer, proses lasting, proses packing, dan (Ready Shoes) Warehousing. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi, didapatkan 3 divisi yang postur kerjanya berisiko tinggi terjadi MSDs dikarenakan aktivitas kerja yang kurang ergonomis dan repetitif, yakni divisi cutting, jahit, dan konveyor. Selanjutnya menyebarkan kuesioner Nordic Body Map dan dihasilkan bahwa dari ketiga divisi tersebut, divisi cutting mendapatkan skor tertinggi paling berisiko mengalami MSDs. Hasil pengisian kuesioner juga menunjukkan hasil bahwa anggota bagian tubuh yang cenderung mengalami rasa sakit di antaranya leher, bahu, lengan, punggung, pinggang, paha, lutut, betis, pergelangan kaki, dan kaki. Kemudian dilakukan pengumpulan data aktivitas kerja divisi cutting yang kemudian didapatkan data tindakan teknis dan postur kerja yang selanjutnya dinilai menggunakan metode REBA dan ART Tool. Hasil penilaian dengan metode REBA menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan pembagian sub divisi yakni cutting bagian bahan dan cutting bagian kulit memiliki nilai berturut-turut sebesar 5 dan 9. Kemudian pada penilaian menggunakan ART Tool, didapatkan nilai risiko masing-masing pada pekerja cutting bagian bahan dan cutting bagian kulit ialah sebesar 33 dan 29. Karena nilai yang relatif tinggi tersebut, dilakukan perbaikan berupa adanya usulan waktu istirahat, desain ulang stasiun kerja berupa panggung adjustable, desain mal, dan usulan tindakan teknis.
English Abstract
PT Venezia Footwear is a manufacturing company engaged in the footwear manufacturing industry, to be precise, this company produces various types of sandals, casual shoes, pumps, and leather boots for women. PT Venezia Footwear is at Dsn. Serning RT.26 RW.10, Banjaragung, Bareng, Jombang since 2014. The production process for making shoes starts from the raw material warehouse, cutting process, sewing process, conveyor process, lasting process, packing process, and (Ready Shoes) Warehousing. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it was found that 3 divisions had a high risk of MSDs due to less ergonomic and repetitive work activities, namely the cutting, sewing, and konveyer divisions. Then distributed the Nordic Body Map questionnaire and it was found that of the three divisions, the cutting division received the highest score and was most at risk of experiencing MSDs. The results of filling out the questionnaire also showed that the parts of the body that tend to experience pain include the neck, shoulders, arms, back, waist, thighs, knees, calves, ankles and feet. Then the data collection on the work activities of the cutting division was carried out, which then obtained data on technical actions and work postures which were then assessed using the REBA and the ART Tool method. The results of the assessment using the REBA method show that based on the division of sub-divisions, namely cutting bagian bahan and cutting bagian kulit, the values are 5 and 9 respectively. Then in the assessment using the ART Tool, the risk values for workers cutting bagian bahan and cutting bagian kulit are obtained respectively are 33 and 29. Due to these relatively high scores, improvements were made in the form of proposed rest periods, redesign of work stations in the form of adjustable stages, mall designs, and proposed technical actions.
