Abstract

PT. Kreatifindo Jaya Bersama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur pembuatan pallet dan kebutuhan gudang dengan produk unggulannya yaitu pallet plastik. Perusahaan ini mampu memproduksi pallet plastik mencapai 15 ton / hari dan 450 ton / bulan atau kurang lebih menghasilkan 2000 pcs / hari. Pada proses produksi pallet plastik khususnya pada pekerjaan finishing, memiliki paparan keluhan rasa sakit yang tinggi dibandingkan pekerjaan lainnya. Terdapat 12 pekerja pada bagian finishing melakukan pekerjaannya dengan posisi yang tidak nyaman dan durasi yang cukup lama. Sehingga jika pekerjaan tersebut dilakukan secara repetitive atau berulang maka dapat berpotensi menimbulkan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). MSDs sendiri merupakan keluhan pada bagian-bagian otot skeletal yang meliputi otot leher, bahu, lengan, tangan, jari, punggung, pinggang dan otot-otot bagian bawah (Tarwaka, 2004). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode QEC (Quick Exposure Check) dan RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment). QEC digunakan untuk menghitung score level keluhan cidera yang dialami pekerja saat bekerja dengan cara pengisian kuesioner yang dilakukan oleh pekerja dan peneliti. Sedangkan metode RULA digunakan untuk menganalisis postur kerja yang memiliki tingkat risiko cidera yang tinggi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil penilaian postur kerja dengan metode QEC pada operator produksi pallet plastik khususnya pada pekerjaan finishing dengan nilai action level untuk aktivitas pemindahan pallet plastik sebesar 77,3% , aktivitas pembersihan residu dan pemasangan karet sebesar 61,9% dan aktivitas penumpukan pallet sebesar 80,7% yang berarti perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dan dilakukan perubahan. Sedangkan untuk penilaian postur kerja dengan metode RULA didapatkan hasil bahwa pada aktivitas pemindahan pallet plastik mendapatkan nilai skor RULA sebesar 7, aktivitas pembersihan residu dan pemasangan karet sebesar 7 dan pada aktivitas penumpukan pallet plastik sebesar 7, dimana skor 7 masuk dalam level risiko tinggi yang berarti dibutuhkan penyelidikan dan perubahan sesegera mungkin.

English Abstract

PT. Kreatifindo Jaya Bersama is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry for making pallets and warehouse needs with its superior product, namely plastic pallets. The company is capable of producing plastic pallets up to 15 tons/day and 450 tons/month or approximately 2000 pcs/day. In the plastic pallet production process, especially in finishing work, it has high exposure to pain complaints compared to other jobs. There are 12 workers in the finishing section doing their work in uncomfortable positions and for quite a long duration. So if the work is done repetitively or repeatedly, it can potentially cause Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). MSDs itself is a complaint of parts of the skeletal muscles which include the muscles of the neck, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, back, waist and lower muscles (Tarwaka, 2004). The research was conducted using the QEC (Quick Exposure Check) and RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) methods. QEC is used to calculate the score level of complaints of injuries experienced by workers while working by filling out a questionnaire conducted by workers and researchers. While the RULA method is used to analyze work postures that have a high level of risk of injury. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained from the assessment of work posture using the QEC method on plastic pallet production operators, especially in finishing work with an action level value for plastic pallet removal activity of 77.3%, residue cleaning activity and rubber installation of 61.9% and activity pallet stacking of 80.7% which means further research is needed and changes are made. As for the assessment of work posture using the RULA method, it was found that the activity of removing plastic pallets received a RULA score of 7, the activity of cleaning residues and installing rubber was 7 and the activity of stacking plastic pallets was 7, where a score of 7 was included in the high risk level, which means investigations and changes are needed as soon as possible.
