Abstract
Tantangan yang meningkat karena majunya teknologi dan perubahan lingkungan ini tidak terlepas kaitannya dengan individu pekerja yang berada dalam lingkup perusahaan tersebut. Terdapat permasalahan yang ditemukan untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut seperti stres kerja, hal tersebut terjadi pula pada PT Petrokimia Gresik sebagai BUMN penghasil utama produk pupuk yang produknya tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. PT Petrokimia Gresik adalah BUMN Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang agroindustri dengan jumlah pegawai nya yaitu 2048 dengan jumlah pabrik total 31 pabrik dalam pelaksanaannya untuk mengejar tujuan perusahaan SDM PT Petrokimia Gresik harus dimaksimalkan sehingga Kompartemen Sumber Daya Manusia memiliki tugas lebih untuk menunjang ini. Dalam pelaksanaannya ditemukan beberapa tanda stres kerja yang dialami oleh pegawai Kompartemen Sumber Daya Manusia sehingga dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner General Health Quessionaire - 12 (GHQ-12) untuk mengetahui tingkat stres kerja yang dialami oleh pegawai Kompartemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pegawai mengalami stres kerja sedang dan tinggi dengan jumlah skor 13 – 24 mengalami stres kerja sedang, dan skor 25 – 36. Hasil kuesioner GHQ-12 menunjukkan pegawai mengalami stres kerja sedang sebanyak 15 orang yaitu 33,3% dan stres kerja tinggi sebanyak 30 orang yaitu sebesar 66,7% dari seluruh responden. Penelitian dilanjutkan dengan membangun fishbone diagram untuk mengetahui penyebab permasalahan dari stres kerja yang dialami oleh pegawai, didapati beberapa penyebab dari faktor manusia, faktor fasilitas, faktor lingkungan, dan faktor metode untuk dilakukan penyusunan rekomendasi perbaikan pada tiap tiap faktornya yang harapannya dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan sebagai acuan dan wawasan dalam penyelesaian serta pencegahan stres kerja pegawai.
English Abstract
The increasing challenges due to technological advances and environmental changes are inseparable from the individual workers within the scope of the company. There were problems found to meet these demands such as work stress, this also happened to PT Petrokimia Gresik as a BUMN that produces fertilizer products whose products are spread throughout Indonesia. PT Petrokimia Gresik is an Indonesian BUMN engaged in the agro-industry sector with a total of 2048 employees and a total of 31 factories. In its implementation, to pursue the company's goals, PT Petrokimia Gresik's HR must be maximized so that the Human Resources Compartment has more duties to support this. In its implementation, several signs of work stress experienced by employees of the Human Resources Compartment were found, so that the General Health Questionnaire - 12 (GHQ-12) was distributed to determine the level of work stress experienced by employees of the Human Resources Compartment. The results of this study indicate that employees experience moderate and high work stress with a total score of 13-24 experience moderate work stress, and scores 25-36. The results of the GHQ-12 questionnaire show that 15 employees experience moderate work stress, namely 33.3% and stress high employment as many as 30 people that is equal to 66.7% of all respondents. The research was continued by building fishbone diagrams to find out the causes of problems from work stress experienced by employees, several causes were found from human factors, facility factors, environmental factors, and method factors to carry out recommendations for improvement on each of the factors which the hope could be used by the company as a references and insights in solving and preventing employee work stress.
