Abstract

Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Mediasi Keterikatan Karyawan (Studi Pada Pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Di Lingkup Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Jawa Timur III). Ketua Komisi Pembimbing: Armanu, Anggota Komisi Pembimbing: Desi Tri Kurniawati Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh teknologi informasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan mediasi keterikatan karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 277 orang pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama di Lingkup Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Jawa Timur III. Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari dua variabel independent yaitu teknologi informasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa keterikan karyawan memberikan peran mediasi sebagian (partial mediation) pada hubungan teknologi informasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi organisasi dalam upaya perbaikan.

The Effects of Information Technology and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with the Mediation of Employee Engagement (A Study of the Employees of Small Taxpayer Offices Under the Auspices of the Regional Office of Diroctorate General of Tax of East Java III). Head of Advisory Commision: Armanu, Member of Advisore Commision: Desi Tri Kurniawati. The objective of this research is to assess the influence of information technology and organizational culture on employee performance with the mediation of employee engagement The data of this quantitative research was harvested through questionnaires, which were distributed to a sample of 277 employees of Small Taxpayer Offices under the auspices of the Regional Office of Directorate General of Tax of East Java III, selected using saturated sampling technique. The results of the Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares analysis indicate that information technology and organizational culture positively and significantly affect employee performance. Further, it was found that employee engagement partially mediates the influences of information technology and organizational culture on employee performance. The implications of the research findings are expected to serve as an input for the organizations in their effort of improving themselves.
