Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris: (1) Apakah Relational Capital Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Program Studi. (2) Apakah Orientasi Pasar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Program Studi. (3) Apakah Relational Capital Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Network Marketing Agility (4) Apakah Orientasi Pasar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Network Marketing Agility. (5) Apakah Network Marketing Agility memediasi pengaruh Relational Capital Quality terhadap Kinerja Program Studi (6) Apakah Network Marketing Agility memediasi pengaruh Orientasi Pasar terhadap Kinerja Program Studi. (7) Apakah Network Marketing Agility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Program Studi? Populasi penelitian adalah PTS di Flores dan kupang, dengan kriteria institusi secara aktif merealisasikan kemitraan. Populasi target berjumlah 40 Perguruan Tinggi. Populasi akses 6 perguruan tinggi atau 88 program studi. Sampel penelitian yaitu PTS yang memiliki akreditasi minimal B. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan menggunakan multistep sampling, PTS sampel antara lain Universitas Flores, Universitas Nusa Nipa, Universitas Kristen Artha Wacana, Universitas Katolik Widya Mandira, Universitas Muhamadiyah dan STKIP Ledalero. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja prodi tidak dipengaruhi oleh relational capital quality dan orientasi pasar secara langsung, melainkan dipengaruhi secara tidak langsung melalui Network Marketing Agility sebagai variabel mediasi. Network Marketing Agility berperan memediasi secara penuh pada hubungan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja program studi dan juga pada hubungan relational capital quality terhadap kinerja program studi.

English Abstract

This research empirically assesses and proves whether (1) relational capital quality significantly influences the performance of study program, (2) market orientation significantly affects the performance of study program, (3) relational capital quality significantly impacts network marketing agility, (4) market orientation significantly influences network marketing agility, (5) network marketing agility mediates the effect of relational capital quality on the performance of study program, (6) network marketing agility mediates the effect of market orientation on the performance of study program, and (7) network marketing agility significantly affects the performance of study program. The population of this research is forty higher educations in Flores and Kupang that are actively realizing partnerships. From six access population of higher educations with the minimum accreditation level of B, i.e. Universitas Flores, Universitas Nusa Nipa, Universitas Kristen Artha Wacana, Universitas Katholik Widya Mandira, Universitas Muhammadiyah, and STKIP Ledalero, 88 study programs were selected as the sample through the use of purposive sampling and multistep sampling. This study finds that study program’s performance is not directly influenced by relational capital quality and market orientation; instead, the mediation of network marketing agility serves as the mediator. Furthermore, network marketing agility fully mediates the effect of market orientation on study program’s performance and the effect of relational capital quality on study program’s performance.
