Abstract
Laju pertumbuhan Relatif udang vaname ditemukan berkisar 0,23 -0,27 gr, Pertumbuhan mutlak berkisar 1,61 – 1,91 dan Tingkat kelulusan hidup udang vaname selama satu siklus budidaya sebesar 64,4 – 81.6%.
English Abstract
Intensive shrimp farming is an activity developed in the Indonesian Coastal Zone. One important aspect of aquaculture is the presence of microorganisms which act as bio-indicators of natural feed and air quality. The presence of natural feed can increase the efficiency of artificial feed and optimize shrimp growth. The obstacle for farmers who use intensive ponds is the increase in nutrients from feces, leftover feed and dead shrimp residue which triggers eutrophication and has the potential for HABs to flower. The solution provided is the dynamics of water quality and phytoplankton for shrimp growth to support the stability of the aquaculture ecosystem. The purpose of this study was to analyze the dynamics of phytoplankton from differences in the types of aquaculture ponds and stocking density on the growth of vannamei shrimp in Bayeman Village, Tongas District, Probolinggo Regency and to analyze the dynamics of air quality for differences in the types of aquaculture ponds and stocking density on the growth of vannamei shrimp in Bayeman Village, Tongas District, Probolinggo Regency. Data collection technique using purposive sampling. The research findings found 4 divisions with 41 genera which were found in shrimp ponds, while in variations of shrimp stomach contents, 4 divisions with 12 genera were found. The reading value of phytoplankton at different depths has a range of 45-592 cells/ml, while the phytoplankton tick in the Vaname Shrimp hull content variation has a range of 3-64 cells/ml. The diversity of phytoplankton in the ponds has a moderate to high index, while variations in shrimp stomach contents have a low to moderate index. Phytoplankton uniformity in ponds and content variation Vannamei shrimp hulls have a high species uniformity index. The index of the dominance of phytoplankton in ponds and variations in the contents of the stomach of shrimp that there is no dominating genus until there is a dominating genus. Dominance occurred in the afternoon sampling of the 63rd DOC in the Intensive pond type due to indications of WSSV infection, so early harvesting was carried out. The relative growth rate of vannamei shrimp was found to be around 0.23 -0.27 gr, the absolute growth ranged from 1.61 - 1.91 and the acceptance rate of live vannamei shrimp during one cultivation cycle was 64.4 - 81.6%. The results of statistical analysis using Pearson correlation analysis showed that the biggest effect on phytoplankton traps was orthophosphate in pond water with a high positive correlation of 0.958 (P Value < α 0.05). The results of the CCA statistical analysis showed that orthophosphate affected the growth of the Tribonema, Stephanodiscus and Aphanocapsa genera.
