Abstract

Hepar adalah organ yang ada pada tubuh yang memiliki fungsi kompleks seperti sebagai organ ekskresi; organ sekresi bili; tempat penyimpanan lipid, vitamin A dan B, glikogen; tempat sintesis bagi fibrinogen, globulin, albumin dan faktor koagulasi; tempat fagositosis untuk benda asing yang masuk ke dalam tubuh. Metabolisme tubuh yang berjalan baik dapat ditunjukkan dengan perkembangan luas permukaan hepatosit dan berat organ hepar seiring dengan pertambahan berat badan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil Analisa regresi luas inti hepatosit dan berat hepar terhadap berat badan DOC Ayam Arab. Sebanyak 20 ekor DOC Ayam Arab yang diambil langsung dari Polbangtan Malang, diberikan perlakuan euthanasia dengan menggunakan 0,2 mL Ketamine hidroklorida yang diinjeksikan pada daerah intramuscular (IM) di musculus Pectoralis. Setelah DOC Ayam arab di euthanasia, kemudian dilakukan nekropsi dan dikoleksi organ hepar. Dilakukan pengukuran panjang dan berat pada organ hepar, yang kemudian dibuat preparat histologi dengan pewarnaan Hematoxylin-Eosin (HE). Pengamatan dan pengukuran luas inti hepatosit dilakukan dibawah mikrsokop dan menggunakan ImageJ. Data dianalisa menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 25 dengan metode analisa regresi linear sederhana dengan rumus model Yi = β0 + βi Xi + . Didapatkan rumus untuk luas inti hepatosit yaitu Y = 28,777 + 0,000 X dan berat hepar Y = 19,420 + 8,937 X. Luas inti hepatosit dan berat hepar tidak signifikan terhadap berat badan DOC Ayam Arab karena nilai P >0,05. Luas inti hepatosit tidak mempengaruhi perubahan berat badan, sedangkan berat hepar mempengaruhi berat badan DOC

English Abstract

Liver is an organ in the body that has complex functions such as an excretory organ, bili secretory organs, storage for lipids, vitamin A and B, glycogen; site of synthesis for fibrinogen, globulin, albumin and coagulation factors; site of phagocytosis for foreign substances that enter the body. The body's metabolism that is running well can be shown by the development of hepatocyte surface area and liver weight along with weight gain. The purpose of this study was to find the result of the regression analysis of hepatocyte surface area and liver weight on body weight in DOC Arabic Chicken. A total of 20 DOC Arabic chickens taken directly from Polbangtan Malang, were given euthanasia treatment using 0,2 mL of Ketamine hydrochloride injected in the intramuscular (IM) on musculus Pectoralis. After DOC Arab Chicken was euthanized, then necropsied and the liver was collected. The length and weight of the liver were measured, which was then made histological preparation with Hematoxylin-Eosin (HE) staining for coloring the organ sample. the data later were analyzed by using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 25 with a simple linear regression analysis method with the model formula Yi = β0 + βi Xi + . The formula for hepatocyte nucleus area was Y = 28,777 + 0,000 X and the weight of liver Y = 19,583 + 8,607 X. The hepatocyte nucleus area and weight of liver organ were not significant to the DOC weight of Arabic Chickens, because the P-value was >0,05. The area of the hepatocyte nucleus did not affect the body weight, while the liver weight affected the DOC body weight of the Arabic Chicken.
