Abstract
Sebeleum memasuki perkembangan teknologi khususnya trasnformasi digital aktivitas kebuduayaan tulis-menulis sudah ada sejak zaman dahulu dengan begitu adanya permasalahan pada dokumen konvensional yaitu menumpuknya dokumen yang tidak bernilai guna yang menyebabkan ruangan terasa sempit. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut muncul teknologi transformasi digital dimana organisasi memanfaat trasnformasi digital dalam penciptaan arsip dari konvensional ke digital. Universitas Brawijaya sudah menerapkan transformasi digital tetapi belum menerapkan startegi trasnformasi digital padahal startegi merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk mencapai tujuan dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk dapat mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi serta fakor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam transformasi dokumen digital bidang pendidikan di Universitas Brawijaya. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti dengan Pegawai STI UB, Pegawai Pusat Arsip UB, Dosen dan Mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya dalam menggunakan sistem pengaplikasian transformasi dokumen digital bidang pendidikan, yang dibuat oleh Universitas Brawijaya bahwa strategi yang diterapkan Costumer Experience, Operational Process sudah diterapkan sedangkan Business Model belum diterapkan oleh Universitas Brawijaya dalam strategi transformasi dokumen digital bidang pendidikan. Faktor pendukung dalam startegi trasnformasi dokumen digital yaitu sarana dan prasana yang mendukung, kemampuan digital yang baik, dan teknologi digital yang baik. Sedangkan, faktor penghambatnya yaitu kurangnya SDM yang ahli dibidangnya, kekhawatiran tentang keamanan dan privacy, dan kurangnya kompetensi teknis dalam transformasi dokumen digital
English Abstract
Before entering technological developments, especially digital transformation, writing cultural activities had existed since ancient times, so there were problems with conventional documents, namely the accumulation of documents that were of no use value which made the room feel cramped. With these problems, digital transformation technology emerges where organizations take advantage of digital transformation in creating archives from conventional to digital. Universitas Brawijaya has implemented digital transformation but has not implemented a digital transformation strategy even though strategy is an important thing to achieve goals in the organization. This study uses a type of qualitative research with the aim of this study to be able to describe and analyze strategies as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the transformation of digital documents in the field of education at Brawijaya University. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers with UB STI Employees, UB Archives Center Employees, Lecturers and Students of Brawijaya University in using the digital document transformation application system in the field of education, made by Universitas Brawijaya that the strategy applied is Customer Experience, Operational Process has been implemented while Business The model has not been implemented by Universitas Brawijaya in the digital document transformation strategy in the field of education. Supporting factors in the digital document transformation strategy are supporting facilities and infrastructure, good digital skills, and good digital technology. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of human resources who are experts in their fields, concerns about security and privacy, and the lack of technical competence in digital document transformation.
