Abstract
Program Job Marker Fair merupakan tempat harapan bagi jobseeker yang sedang mencari pekerjaan. Beberapa manfaat dari program Job Market Fair diantaranya, pertama dalam satu tempat terdapat beberapa perwakilan perusahaan dengan berbagai jenis lamaran yang ditawarkan. Selain itu, jobseeker bisa menemukan tawaran karir menarik di perusahaan yang belum pernah diketahui sebelumnya. Kedua, adanya workshop dan konseling karir selama Job Market Fair. Dengan adanya program Job Market Fair, jobseeker bisa mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang perusahaan yang membuka lowongan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini di antarnya: 1) implementasi program Job Market Fair dalam menangani masalah pengangguran di Kabupaten Kediri 2) Tantangan apa saja yang menghambat program Job Market Fair dalam menangani masalah pengagguran di Kabupaten Kediri Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan adanya program Job Market Fair memberikan dampak kepada masyarakat. Masyarakat bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak, dan masyarakat juga mengetahui informasi tentang adanya lowongan pekerjaan dan formasi jabatan yang dibutuhkan perusahaan dan sehingga dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam mencari pekerjaan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan seharusnya Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Kediri menambah sumber daya manusia agar memudahkan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat menjadi efisien. Selain itu Dinas Tenaga Kerja juga lebih selektif dalam memilih perusahaan agar tidak menjadi kendala dalam implementasi program Job Market Fair.
English Abstract
The Job Market Fair program is a place of hope jobseekers who are looking for work. Some of the bnefits of the Job Market Fair program include, first in one place there are several company representatives with various types of applications offered. In addition jobseekers can find attractive career offers in companies they have never know before. Second, there are workshops and career counseling during the Job Market Fair. With the Job Market Fair program. Jobseekers can gain knowledge about companies that are hiring. This study uses a type of qualitative research. The focus of this research includes: 1) Implementation of the Job Market Fair program in dealing with unemployment problems in Kediri Regency 2) What challenges hinder the Job Market Fair program in dealing with unemployment problem in Kediri Regency The results og the study show that the existence of the Job Market Fair program has an impact on society. Communities can get decent job, and the community also know s information about job vacancies and position formaties needed by companies and so that it can make it easier for people to find work. In efforts to improve the quality of service, the Kediri regency Manpower Office should add human recources to make it easier to provide services to the community to be efficient. In addition, the Manpower Office is also more selective in selecting companies so that they do not become an obstacle in implementing the Job Market Fair program.
