Abstract

Kecamatan Bumiaji mendapati posisi kecamatan pertama dalam kategori daerah rawan banjir bandang. Pada November 2021 terjadi banjir bandang yang melanda ketiga kecamatan di Kota Batu. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan solusi lain untuk mengurangi banjir atau genangan yang terjadi di daerah tersebut, tidak cukup hanya dengan mengalirkan dan mengalihkan kelebihan air limpasan hujan. Salah satu solusi tersebut adalah dengan membuat sumur resapan di daerah-daerah yang berpotensi menjadi tempat air menggenang. Sumur resapan adalah sebuah sarana berupa sumur atau lubang pada permukaan tanah yang dibangun dengan tujuan untuk menampung air hujan. Secara umum sumur resapan berfungsi untuk mengurangi genangan aliran air permukaan, mencegah penurunan tanah, serta menambah cadangan air tanah. Lokasi penempatan sumur resapan akan mempengaruhi efektifitas sumur resapan. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan penelitian untuk mengatasi masalah genangan aliran air permukaan di Kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu. Penelitian ini akan berfokus dalam menentukan sebaran lokasi penempatan sumur resapan sehingga sumur resapan dapat berfungsi dengan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data curah hujan serta pengukuran permeabilitas tanah yang diolah dengan menggunakan ArcGis. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa jumlah kebutuhan sumur resapan di Kecamatan Bumiaji sebanyak 456 unit dengan rincian jumlah kebutuhan masing - masing wilayah adalah pada wilayah Desa Bulukerto sebanyak 63 unit, wilayah Desa Bumiaji sebanyak 57 unit, wilayah Desa Giripurno sebanyak 86 unit, wilayah Desa Gunungsari sebanyak 58 unit, wilayah Desa Pandanrejo sebanyak 47 unit, wilayah Desa Punten sebanyak 48 unit, wilayah Desa Sumberbrantas sebanyak 56 unit, wilayah Desa Sumbergondo sebanyak 40 unit, dan wilayah Desa Tulungrejo sebanyak 123 unit.

English Abstract

Bumiaji Subdistrict was found to be first place among other subdistricts in the category of flash flood-prone areas. In November 2021, there was a flash flood that hit the three subdistricts in Batu City. Therefore, various measures were required to prevent flooding or inundation in the area, yet simply draining and diverting excess rain runoff was insufficient. One option was to construct infiltration wells in places prone to stagnant water. Infiltration wells are facilities in the form of wells or holes on the ground surface that are built to collect rainwater. Infiltration wells often serve to reduce the amount of surface water that floods an area, to stop the land from subsiding, and to build groundwater reserves. The location of the infiltration well placement will have an impact on its effectiveness of the infiltration well. The purpose of this research is to solve the problem of surface water inundation in Bumiaji Subdistrict, Batu City. This research focuses on determining the location of the infiltration well placement so that the infiltration well can function effectively. This study uses rainfall data and measurements of soil permeability which are processed using ArcGIS. In this study it was found that the total need for infiltration wells in the Bumiaji District was 456 units with details of the total needs of each region in the Bulukerto Village area as many as 63 units, the Bumiaji Village area as many as 57 units, the Giripurno Village area as many as 86 units, the Gunungsari Village area as many as 58 units, Pandanrejo Village area as many as 47 units, Punten Village area as many as 48 units, Sumberbrantas Village area as many as 56 units, Sumbergondo Village area as many as 40 units, and Tulungrejo Village area as many as 123 units.
