Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis persediaan bahan baku beras menggunakan metode economic order quantity (EOQ) untuk mengoptimalisasi biaya persediaan pada Lusi Kuliner. Jenis penelitian ini adala deskriptif kuantitatif yang menceritakan permasalahan yang ada di objek secara apa adanya dan mengambil solusi dengan metode economic order quantity. Karakteristik informan pada penelitian ini adalah yang memahami semua proses operational dan marketing Lusi Kuliner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan metode economic order quantity,safety stock, re order point dapat mengoptimalisasi biaya persediaan bahan baku beras serta membuat jadwal pembelian bahan baku beras pada Lusi Kuliner lebih terorganisir
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the inventory of raw materials using the economic order quantity method to optimize inventory costs at Lusi Culinary. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which tells the problems that exist in the object as it is and takes solutions with the method that will be brought by the author. The characteristics of the informants taken by the author are Mrs. Lusi who serves as the owner of Lusi Culinary who understands all operational processes from micro to macro process. The results of this study indicate that using the economic order quantity, safety stock, re-order point method can optimize the cost of supplying rice raw materials and make the schedule for purchasing rice raw materials at Lusi Kuliner more organized.
