Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui jumlah pekerja optimal PT Delta Mina Perkasa Tulungagung, untuk mengetahui hasil perhitungan beban kerja , dan jumlah pekerja optimal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Peneliti akan melakukan identifikasi masalah untuk mengidentifikasi masalah-masalah yang terdapat pada objek penelitian yang akan diamati sehingga dapat mempermudah tahapan selanjutnya dalam penelitian karena permasalahan dan penyebab dapat diketahui. Pada tahap pengolahan akan dilakukan pengolahan data yang didapatkan untuk selanjutnya dilakukan analisis terhadap hasil perhitungan beban kerja . Hasil perhitungan beban kerjaa sebagai berdasarkan untuk menentukan jumlah pekerja optimal
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal number of workers of PT Delta Mina Perkasa Tulungagung, to determine the results of workload calculations, and the optimal number of workers. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Researchers will identify problems to identify the problems contained in the object of research to be observed so that it can facilitate the next stage in research because the problems and causes can be known. At the processing stage, data processing will be carried out to further analyze the results of workload calculations.. The results of the workload calculation are based on determining the optimal number of workers.
