Abstract
BRT Trans Jogja merupakan salah satu transportasi umum yang bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi aktivitas penduduk Yogyakarta. Salah satu trayek BRT Trans Jogja adalah trayek 2A yang merupakan trayek dengan macam gunalahan terbanyak sejumlah 9 gunalahan yang terdiri dari perdagangan dan jasa, transportasi, pendidikan, kesehatan, wisata, pemerintahan, pertahanan dan keamanan, olahraga, dan pemakaman. Pada eksistingnya BRT Trans Jogja Trayek 2A masih terdapat permasalahan pada kinerja operasional dan kinerja pelayanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja operasional dan pelayanan serta merumuskan prioritas arahan peningkatan kinerja operasional dan kinerja pelayanan BRT Trans Jogja Trayek 2A. Data-data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner dan observasi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis kinerja operasional, analisis IPA (Importance Performance Analysis), dan QFD (Quality Function Deployment). Hasil dari analisis kinerja operasional menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variabel yang masih belum sesuai dengan standard yaitu Load Factor, Headway, dan Travel Time. Hasil dari Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) terdapat 5 atribut yang berada pada kuadran I yaitu Ketersediaan petugas keamanan, Ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan, Ketersediaan informasi tanggap darurat, Ketersediaan sabuk keselamatan, dan Ketersediaan informasi terkait gangguan perjalanan. Prioritas arahan peningkatan kinerja yang didapatkan melalui analisis Quality Function Deployment (QFD) diantaranya untuk kinerja operasional prioritas arahan peningkatannya adalah perawatan dan pemeriksanaan sarana dan prasarana secara berkala dan untuk prioritas arahan peningkatan kinerja pelayanan adalah pengadaan informasi visual berupa Passenger Information Display (PID) di dalam armada Trans Jogja Trayek 2A.
English Abstract
BRT Trans Jogja is one of the public transportations that aims to facilitate the activities of Yogyakarta residents. One of the BRT Trans Jogja routes is route 2A which is the route with the most types of land uses, with a total of 9 land uses consisting of trade and services, transportation, education, health, tourism, government, sports, defense and security, and defense. In the existing BRT Trans Jogja Route 2A there are still problems with operational performance and service performance. This study aims to evaluate operational and service performance as well as formulate priority directions for improving operational performance and service performance for BRT Trans Jogja Route 2A. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaires and observations which were then analyzed using operational performance analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and QFD (Quality Function Deployment). The results of the operational performance analysis show that there are variables that are still not in accordance with the standards, namely Load Factor, Headway, and Travel Time. The results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) show that there are 5 attributes that are in quadrant I, namely the availability of security officers, the availability of health facilities, the availability of emergency response information, the availability of seat belts, and the availability of information related to travel disruptions. Directions for performance improvement prioritized through Quality Function Deployment (QFD) analysis including for operational performance prioritizing the direction of improvement is the periodic maintenance and inspection of facilities and infrastructure and for improving the direction of improving service performance is the provision of visual information in the form of Passenger Information Display (PID) in the fleet Trans Jogja Route 2A.
