Abstract
Penelitian ini menggabungkan Technology Acceptance Model dan Theory of Trust dalam merumuskan determinan yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan aplikasi investasi berbasis Artificial Intelligence, yang dikenal sebagai Robo Advisor. Penelitian ini menggunakan persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kegunaan, dan persepsi kegunaan sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa, baik berhubungan secara langsung maupun dimediasi oleh persepsi sikap. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara survei terhadap 230 mahasiswa Departemen Akuntansi Universitas Brawijaya. Metode Partial Least Square digunakan sebagai alat olah statistik. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa minat mahasiswa dipengaruhi langsung oleh persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi sikap. Persepsi sikap dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kegunaan, dan persepsi kepercayaan. Implikasi studi ini adalah para pengembang aplikasi dapat meningkatkan fitur aplikasi dan interaksi mereka dengan mahasiswa untuk menumbuhkan persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kepercayaan.
English Abstract
This study combines the Technology Acceptance Model and Theory of Trust to investigate the determinants of students' intention in Artificial Intelligence-based Mobile Investment Apps, known as Robo Advisor. This study posits perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived trust as presumed determinants of students' intention, both directly and indirectly mediated by perceived attitudes. The study conducted using survey data on 231 students of the Accounting Departments of Universitas Brawijaya. The Partial Least Square method used as a statistical tool. The study shows intention is directly affected by perceived of usefulness and perceived attitudes. Perceived attitudes are influenced by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived trust. This study gives consideration for apps developer to improve their apps as well as increase their interaction towards students to develop perceived ease of use and perceived trust.
