Abstract
Daerah Irigasi Molek secara administrasi berada di Kabupaten Malang Provinsi Jawa Timur yang meliputi Kecamatan Kepanjen, Kromengan dan Sumberpucung. Daerah Irigasi ini memiliki beberapa permasalahan pada saluran - saluran dan bangunan - bangunannya. Dari hasil inventarisasi yang dilakukan terdapat kerusakan yang terjadi di 9 ruas. Kerusakan terjadi di 7 ruas saluran primer Molek dan di 2 ruas saluran sekunder. Nilai indeks kinerja Daerah Irigasi Molek mendapat nilai sebesar 79,82% yang terdiri dari aspek prasarana fisik sebesar 38,63%, produktivitas tanaman sebesar 12,75%, sarana penunjang O&P sebesar 5,95%, organisasi personalia sebesar 11,69%, dokumentasi sebesar 4,05%, perkumpulan petani pemakai air sebesar 6,75%. Perhitungan prioritas penanganan aset pada Daerah Irigasi Molek berdasarkan urutan nilai kondisi fisik yang paling rendah ke yang paling tinggi dilihat dari perhitungan indeks kinerja irigasi. Perhitungan Angka Kebutuhan Nyata Operasi dan Pemeliharaan (AKNOP) pada Daerah Irigasi Molek yaitu sebesar Rp. 1.289.036,26.
English Abstract
Molek Irrigation Area is administratively located in Malang Regency, East Java Province which includes Kepanjen, Kromengan and Sumberpucung Districts. This Irrigation Area has several problems in the canals and the buildings. From the results of the inventory carried out, there was damage to 9 segments. Damage occurred in 7 Molek primary canal sections and 2 secondary canal sections. The Molek Irrigation Area performance index score was 79.82% which consisted of 38.63% for physical infrastructure aspects, 12.75% for plant productivity aspect, 5.95% for the supporting facillities of Operation and Maintenance aspect, 11.69% for personnel organization aspect, 4.05% for documentation aspect, and 6.75% for ater user association aspect. Calculation of handling priority assets in the Molek Irrigation Area based on the order of the physical condition values from the lowest to the highest seen from the calculation of the irrigation performance index. The calculation of the Real Cost Value for Operation and Maintenance (AKNOP) in the Molek Irrigation Area is Rp. 1,289,036.26.
