Abstract

Saat ini di PT. Global Era Technindo, Pendataan keluar masuk barang masih menggunakan metode berupa pencatatan manual dengan aplikasi lembar kerja yakni Microsoft Excel. Seperti yang diketahui, penggunaan pendataan manual membutuhkan tenaga dan waktu yang kurang singkat dan membutuhkan ketelitian sehingga menyebabkan kinerja tidak efisien, kurang efektif, dan bisa jadi tidak akurat jika kurang teliti dalam pendataannya. Dari permasalahan ini maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di perusahaan ini. Selain itu pendataan stok barang masuk dan stok barang keluar tidak tercatat secara otomatis yang bisa saja mengakibatkan salah dalam pencatatan karena kurang teliti. Segala aksi kecurangan dapat mudah dilakukan apabila masih menggunakan metode manual ini. Mekanisme dari inovasi ini yaitu menggunakan deteksi barcode, jadi setiap barang yang keluar atau masuk akan di scan dan setelah melalui tahap scan akan muncul data seperti durasi waktu barang keluar sampai masuk lagi, nama barang atau detail barang dan informasi penting lainnya. Agile adalah sebuah metode pengembangan software yang kian populer. Metode ini semakin banyak digunakan karena bisa membantu developer menciptakan software dengan lebih efisien dan sesuai kebutuhan konsumen. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan agile development system, ada beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan guna merancang sebuah sistem mulai dari analisis permasalahan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pegujian sistem, dan pengaplikasian Sistem ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP sehingga sistem menjadi lebih dinamis dan mudah diletakkan didalam HTML. Sistem ini juga dibangun menggunakan MySQL sebagai database atau penyimpanan data. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi Website yang lebih kompleks. Perlu adanya penambahan fitur lebih lanjut dari sistem, sehingga menghasilkan fitur-fitur terbaru yang dapat menunjang kebutuhan di kemudian hari.

English Abstract

Currently at PT. Global Era Technindo, Data collection in and out of goods still uses the method of manual recording using a worksheet application, namely Microsoft Excel. As is known, the use of manual data collection requires less time and energy and requires accuracy, which results in inefficient, less effective, and possibly inaccurate performance if the data collection is not thorough. From this problem, we need a system that can overcome the problems that exist in this company. In addition, the data collection of incoming and outgoing stocks is not recorded automatically which could result in errors in recording due to lack of thoroughness. All fraudulent actions can be easily carried out if you still use this manual method. The mechanism of this innovation is using barcode detection, so every item that comes in or out will be scanned and after going through the scan phase data will appear such as the time it takes for the goods to go out until they come in again, the name of the item or details of the item and other important information. Agile is an increasingly popular software development method. This method is increasingly being used because it can help developers create software more efficiently and according to consumer needs. The design of this system uses an agile development system, there are several steps taken to design a system starting from problem analysis, system design, implementation, system testing, and application. This system was built with the PHP programming language so that the system becomes more dynamic and easier to put in HTML. This system is also built using MySQL as a database or data storage. It is hoped that this system can be developed into a more complex Website. It is necessary to add further features of the system, so as to produce the latest features that can support future needs.
