Abstract

Latar Belakang: presentase kunjungan balita ke Posyandu di Malang masih sebesar 84.04% dan belum memenuhi target yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah yaitu SPM 100%. Ketidakpatuhan ibu membawa balita melakukan kunjungan ke Posyandu menyebabkan dampak negatif bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh kualitas pelayanan kader Posyandu. Dengan dilakukan penilaian kualitas pelayanan kader dapat diketahui hubungannya dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ke Posyandu. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan hubungan kualitas pelayanan kader Posyandu dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ibu balita ke Posyandu. Metode: menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, jenis penelitian analitik observasional dan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional serta dianalisis dengan metode chi-square. Besar sampel diambil dengan teknik non probability sampling pendekatan purposive sampling, menggunakan 71 sampel ibu balita yang terdaftar dalam buku register Posyandu Vinolia dan Anggrek. Hasil: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kualitas pelayanan kader Posyandu (dimensi tangible (α 0,142), reliability (α 0,663), assurance (α 0,266) dan emphaty (α 0,722), dan service quality kader secara keseluruhan (α 0,175)) dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ke Posyandu. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara dimensi responsiveness (α 0,021) dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ke Posyandu. Kesimpulan: Kualitas pelayanan kader dalam kategori baik dan secara keseluruhan tidak berhubungan dengan kepatuhanan kunjungan ke Posyandu karena kedatangan ibu ke Posyandu disebabkan oleh motivasi internal.

English Abstract

Background: The percentage of toddlers visits to Posyandu in Malang is still 84.04% and has not met the target set by the government of 100% SPM. Non-compliance of mothers bringing toddlers to visit Posyandu causes a negative impact on the growth and development of toddlers, one of which is caused by the quality of service of Posyandu cadres. By assessing the quality of service of cadres can be known relationship with compliance visits to Posyandu. Aims: to determine and explain the relationship between the quality of service of Posyandu cadres and the compliance of visits by mothers of toddlers to the Posyandu. Method: using quantitative research design, observational analytic research type and using cross sectional approach and analyzed by chi-square method. The sample size was taken with a non-probability sampling technique purposive sampling approach, using 71 samples of mothers under five who were registered in the Vinolia and Anggrek Posyandu register books. Results: There is no significant relationship between the service quality of Posyandu cadres (tangible dimension (α 0.142), reliability (α 0.663), assurance (α 0.266) empathy (α 0.722), and service quality cadres as a whole (α 0.175)) with compliance visits to Posyandu. There is a significant relationship between the responsiveness dimension (α 0.021) and compliance with visits to Posyandu. Conclusion: The service quality of cadres in the good category and overall is not associated with compliance with visits to Posyandu because the arrival of mothers to Posyandu is caused by internal motivation.
