Abstract

Industri perbankan memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian suatu negara, tidak terkecuali Indonesia. Fenomena tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang kompenten semakin tinggi. Kondisi ini menyebabkan industri perbankan perlu menemukan cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusianya yang salah satunya melalui organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel-variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior karyawan Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Pasuruan, untuk itu peneliti menggunakan karyawan Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Pasuruan sebagai obyek penelitian. Sebanyak 160 responden diperoleh menggunakan pendekatan nonprobability dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data tersebut dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square dan diukur menggunakan skala likert. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah: quality of work life, organizational citizenship behavior, dan komitmen organisasional. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa quality of work life berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Selain itu, komitmen organisasional ditemukan berperan sebagai mediasi partial pada pengaruh quality of work life terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.

English Abstract

The banking industry plays an important role in the economy of a country, and Indonesia is no exception. This phenomenon shows that the need for competent human resources is getting higher. This condition causes the banking industry to find ways to improve the performance of its human resources, one of which is through organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to determine the variables that can affect the organizational citizenship behavior of employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pasuruan City Branch Office, for that researcher use employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pasuruan City Branch Office as research objects. A total of 160 respondents were obtained using a non-probability approach with purposive sampling technique. The data was collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using the Partial Least Square analysis tool and measured using a Likert scale. The variables used in this study are: quality of work life, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment. The results of this study found that the quality of work life has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, organizational commitment was found to act as a partial mediation on the effect of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior
