Abstract

Pendahuluan: Hemodialisa merupakan terapi pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang dikenal sejak tahun 1960. Untuk mengetahui kecukupan dosis hemodialisa dapat diukur dengan adekuasi hemodialisa, yang dihitung dengan rumus Kt/V Sejak tahun 2019 mesin HD di RSSA dilengkapi dengan nilai Kt/V program yang didapatkan dengan memasukan data jenis kelamin, berat badan, kecepatan aliran darah, kecepatan aliran dialisat pada mesin HD. Tujuan: mengetahui apakah nilai KT/V program yang tertera pada mesin HD sesuai dengan Kt/V perhitungan rumus Daugirdas. Metode: Desain penelitian observasional analitik menggunakan metode cross sectional Hasil: Dari 115 subyek penelitian dengan karakteristk subyek penelitian didapatkan 54.8% subyek laki-laki dan 45.2% subyek perempuan, 96.5% subyek penelitian menjalani HD 2x/minggu dan sisanya 3x/minggu. Dengan komorbid terbanyak adalah hipertensi 67.35%. Hasil Analisa dengan menggunakan independent t test menunjukan hasil p= 0.545 yang membuktikan bahwa terdapat kesesuaian antara nilai Kt/v yang tercantum pada mesin HD dengan Kt/v perhitungab rumus daugirdas Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat perbedaan nilai Kt/v pada mesin HD dengan perhitungan rumus Daugirdas, sehingga untuk menilai adekuasi HD kita dapat menggunakan Kt/v yang terdapat pada mesin HD.

English Abstract

Objective: To Find out whether the Kt/V value listed on the HD machine matches the Kt/V formula. Methods: Analytical observational research design using cross sectional method Results: Of the 115 study subjects with the characteristics of the study subjects, 54.8% of the subjects were male and 45.2% of the subjects were female, 96.5% of the study subjects underwent HD 2x / week and the rest 3x / week. With the most comorbidities is hypertension 67.35%. The results of the analysis using the independent t test show a result of p = 0.545 which proves that there is a compatibility between the Kt/v value listed on the HD machine and the Kt/v calculation of the daugirdas formula Conclusion: There is no difference in the value of Kt / v on the HD machine with the calculation of the Daugirdas formula, so to assess the HD adequation we can use the Kt / v found on the HD machine.
