Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis baik pengaruh langsung Manajemen Pengetahuan dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui Inovasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 42 Badan Usaha Milik Desa, meliputi Ketua, Sekretaris, dan Bendahara yang terlibat langsung dalam pengambilan keputusan strategik di organisasi. Berdasarkan data tersebut, Software SmartPLS 4.0 memproses estimasi parameter struktural sesuai dengan model hubungan seperti yang dijelaskan dalam kerangka konseptual penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, namun Manajemen Pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Sedangkan Inovasi menjadi Mediasi Penuh Manajemen Pengetahuan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Kemudian Inovasi menjadi Mediasi Parsial Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi.
English Abstract
The objective of this research is to assess and analyze the direct effects of knowledge management and entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance and their indirect effects through innovation. This research was conducted on village-owned business entities in Bojonegoro. The samples are 42 enterprises; the respondents are chairpersons, secretaries, and treasurers who are directly involved in the organizations’’ strategic decision making. The data was processed in SmartPLS 4.0 to estimate the structural parameters according to the relationship models depicted in the conceptual framework. This study finds that entrepreneurial orientation and innovation positively and significantly influence organizational performance and that knowledge management does not positively and significantly affect organizational performance. Furthermore, innovation fully mediates the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance and partially mediates the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance
