Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadap behavioral intention baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi perceived usefulness dan trust pada pengguna mobile banking. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna mobile banking di Indonesia yang pernah menggunakan mobile banking dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan terakhir. Penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mengumpulkan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 230 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif signifikan secara langsung terhadap behavioral intention, perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap behavioral intention dimediasi oleh perceived usefulness dan trust, dalam menggunakan aplikasi mobile banking di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap trust dan trust berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Perceived usefulness dapat memberikan peran mediasi sebagian (partial mediation) pada hubungan perceived ease of use terhadap behavioral intention. Trust dapat memberikan peran mediasi sebagian (partial mediation) pada hubungan perceived ease of use terhadap behavioral intention.

English Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Perceived Ease Of Use on Behavioral Intention either directly or indirectly through Perceived Usefulness and Trust mediation among Mobile Banking users in Indonesia. The population in this study are mobile banking users in Indonesia who have used mobile banking in the last 6 months. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach that collects data by distributing questionnaires to 230 respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that perceived ease of use had a direct significant positive effect on behavioral intention, perceived ease of use had a significant positive effect indirectly on behavioral intention mediated by perceived usefulness and trust, in using mobile banking applications in Indonesia. The results showed that perceived ease of use had a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived usefulness had a significant positive effect on behavioral intention. Perceived ease of use has a significant positive effect on trust and trust has a significant positive effect on behavioral intention. Perceived usefulness can provide a partial mediation role on the relationship between perceived ease of use and behavioral intention. Trust can provide a partial mediation role on the relationship between perceived ease of use and behavioral intention
