Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, kondisi yang memfasilitasi terhadap minat penggunaan serta menguji pengaruh kondisi yang memfasilitasi dan minat penggunaan terhadap penggunaan Sistem Informasi Pembangunan Daerah (SIPD). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pengelolaan keuangan di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Blitar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yakni purposive sampling. Jumlah Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 39 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini survey dan kuisioner . Teknik analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dibantu SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja dan ekspektasi usaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan. Pengaruh sosial dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan. Kondisi yang memfasilitasi berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan akan tetapi, minat penggunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan.
English Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions on the intention to use Regional Development Information System (SIPD), and to examine the effect of facilitating conditions and the intention to use SIPD on the use of SIPD utilizing quantitative approach. The population in this study includes all financial management employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BKAD) of Blitar Regency Government, from which 39 samples are selected through purposive sampling, and the data are collected from a survey and questionnaires, and analysed by Partial Least Square (PLS) utilizing SmartPLS. The results of the study revealed that performance expectations and effort expectations had no effect on the intention to use SIPD; social influences and facilitating condition had an effect on the intention to use SIPD; and facilitating conditions had an effect on the use of SIPD, yet the intention to use did not affect the use of SIPD
