Abstract
Produksi pertanian dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor sosial ekonomi produsen. Faktor sosial ekonomi dapat berupa umur, tingkat pendidikan petani, lama usahatani, jumlah tanggungan, luas usahatani, tenaga kerja dan modal bervariasi dari petani ke petani. Penting untuk mempertimbangkan faktor sosial ekonomi petani, karena pendapatan petani dan proses produksi tergantung pada faktor-faktor ini. Indikator yang dapat dilihat untuk keberhasilan kinerja antara lain, kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu dan efektivitas. Apel adalah tanaman yang dapat tumbuh dan tumbuh hanya di daerah tertentu yang iklimnya menguntungkan. Peningkatan produksi apel di desa Andonosari tidak selalu mengalami keberhasilan dalam hasil produksi buahnya. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan atau kendala dari peningkatan produksi apel di Desa Andonosari seperti penurunan produksi buah yang dihasilkan. Penurunan produksi buah apel pada Desa Andonosari juga dapat disebabkan dengan produksi yang tidak optimal sehingga tentunya hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kuantitas produksi apel. Kendala-kendala tersebut juga dapat mempengaruhi ketepatan waktu dalam melakukan usahatani dan efektivitasnya. Petani dapat menunda waktu panen jika terdapat kendala diluar perkiraan mereka sehingga para petani lainnya juga turut serta membantu menyelesaikan kendala yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui performa produksi petani apel di desa Andonosari dan faktorl sosial ekonomilyang mempengaruhil kinerja petani dalam produksi buah apel di desa Andonosari Kabupaten Pasuruan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Andonosari yang berada di Kecamatan Tutur, Kabupaten Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. Penentuan sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan total sampel sebesar 42 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian peforma produksi petani apel di Desa Andonosari memiliki hasil yang baik. Dilihat dari semua indikator peforma yaitu kualitas, kuantitas, efektivitas dan ketepatan waktu sudah sesuai dengan harapan petani. Sedangkan faktor-faktor sosial ekonomi yang memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap produksi petani apel di desa Andonosari yaitu variabel Usia (X1), Jenis kelamin (X2), Pendidikan (X3), Jumlah tanggungan Keluarga (X5) dan Luas Lahan (X7).
English Abstract
Agricultural production is influenced by many factors, one of which is the producer's socio-economic factor. Socio-economic factors can be in the form of age, education level of farmers, length of farming, number of dependents, area of farming, labor and capital varies from farmer to farmer. It is important to consider the socio-economic factors of the farmer, because the farmer's income and production processes depend on these factors. Indicators that can be seen for successful performance include quality, quantity, timeliness and effectiveness. Apples are plants that can grow and grow only in certain areas where the climate is favorable. Increasing apple production in Andonosari village does not always experience success in fruit production. There are several problems or obstacles from increasing apple production in Andonosari Village such as a decrease in fruit production. The decline in apple production in Andonosari Village can also be caused by production that is not optimal so of course this can affect the quantity of apple production. These constraints can also affect the timeliness in doing farming and its effectiveness. Farmers can delay harvest time if there are obstacles beyond their expectations so that other farmers also participate in helping resolve existing obstacles. The purpose of this study was to determine the production performance of apple farmers in Andonosari village and the socio-economic factors that affect farmers' performance in apple production in Andonosari village, Pasuruan Regency. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The research location was conducted in Andonosari Village which is in Tutur District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java. Determination of the sample was determined using simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 42 people. The data analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the assessment of the production performance of apple farmers in Andonosari Village had good results. Judging from all performance indicators, namely quality, quantity, effectiveness and timeliness, it is in line with farmers' expectations. While the socio-economic factors that have a partial influence on the production of apple farmers in Andonosari village are age (X1), gender (X2), education (X3), number of family dependents (X5) and land area (X7).
