Abstract
English Abstract
The increasing number of certain diseases has increased from the previous year, especially the number of people affected by tuberculosis. The reason is, residents tend to spend time at home (South Tangerang City Health Office, 2021). It can be concluded that the house is a determinant of health, so the topic of a healthy home is raised. The need for housing in the urban area of DKI Jakarta is high, causing the development of settlements in suburban areas. The reason is due to limited land in the city area. Thus, the development of residential houses in South Tangerang, one of which is small clusters. Over time, many housing estates have implemented cluster systems, and the issue of limited land has made it more difficult to control land in terms of providing houses, due to higher land prices. Supported by the development of tenement house designs that do not pay attention to GSB and KDB standards in the field. At the time of initial observation, there were several problems found in several residential houses in a housing estate, namely Azizul Aslam Housing, namely; have several kaveling houses with less favorable site conditions and land conditions for the implementation of healthy houses. The issues found in the housing are included in the physiological problems of healthy homes. So that several residential houses are designated as research objects that will be evaluated based on a healthy home approach by focusing on the physiological aspects of healthy houses. The study was conducted by comparing the units of assessment of the physiological aspects of 5 residential houses, against criteria made based on literature studies and regulations of healthy houses qualitatively and analyzed descriptively evaluatively. The results showed that, the physiological aspects of 5 residential houses in Azizul Aslam Housing which have unfavorable land conditions are still not in accordance with the criteria for the needs of the physiological aspects of existing healthy houses with an average percentage of 5 residential houses less than 50% and 5 residential houses still need a lot of improvement. The results showed that; it is necessary to have regulations for the development of designs for residential houses with reference to applicable healthy home standards; the need for additional housing land in order to increase the physiological need for residential houses; There needs to be a re-evaluation of the house design carried out by residents over time. The results of the study can also be a reference for individual housing developers, other home owners and other researchers with related topics.
