Abstract
Salah satu kegiatan manajemen pemeliharaan hewan ternak yaitu kegiatan recording. Recording merupakan segala jenis kegiatan pencatatan seperti kegiatan identifikasi, pencatatan silsilah, pencatatan produksi dan reproduksi, serta pencatatan kesehatan. Kegiatan ini merupakan dasar dalam proses fattening di peternakan sapi. Salah satu kriteria pengukuran yang penting pada hewan adalah bobot. Pengukuran bobot harus akurat dan juga membutuhkan suatu sistem monitoring yang memadai sehingga hasil recording mudah dipantau. Hasil recording yang akurat dan mudah dipantau akan membuat manajemen pemeliharaan menjadi optimal sehingga membuat pertumbuhan sapi yang optimal juga. Tetapi, saat ini kondisi peternakan di Indonesia 78% masih dikelola oleh peternak tradisional atau peternak skala kecil yang masih belum memiliki alat recording dengan sistem monitoring yang optimal. Skripsi ini menguraikan tentang perancangan sistem monitoring berat dan tag RFID pada alat recording bobot badan sapi berbasis internet of things (IoT). Sistem monitoring pada alat recording bobot badan sapi berbasis IoT ini dilengkapi dengan pengiriman data secara realtime yang disimpan pada database dan ditampilkan di halaman website. Database dibuat menggunakan layanan dari firebase dan website dirancang menggunakan beberapa bahasa pemrograman yaitu HTML, CSS, dan Javascript. Monitoring dilakukan secara IoT agar nilai pengukuran bobot sapi, data tag RFID, waktu pengukuran, serta usia sapi yang dapat diakses melalui website dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan user melihat data realtime dan rekap data pengukuran. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan, sistem berjalan sesuai dengan rancangan. Pada pengujian pengiriman sepuluh data berat, data tag RFID, dan waktu pengukuran ke dalam firebase dapat terkirim dan diterima semua tanpa ada kesalahan dan fungsionalitas website juga bekerja sesuai rancangan dengan keberhasilan 100%. Data yang didapat dari pengujian delay pengiriman data ke firebase menggunakan jaringan yang tersedia didapat rata-rata delay sebesar 0,97 detik dengan delay tertinggi 1,36 detik dan delay terendah 0,72 detik. Adapun throughput pada sistem ini adalah 1990 bits/sec.
English Abstract
One of the maintenance management activities is the activity of recording livestock. Recording is all kinds of recording activities such as identification activities, genealogy records, production and reproduction records, as well as health records. This activity is the basis for the fattening on cattle farms. One of the important measurement criteria in animals is weight. Weight measurements must be accurate and also require an monitoring adequate recording are easy to monitor.results recording will make maintenance management optimal so as to make optimal growth of cattle as well. However, currently 78% of livestock in Indonesia are still managed by traditional breeders or small-scale breeders who still do not have recording with monitoring an optimal This thesis describes the design of a monitoring and RFID tags on an recording based cattle body weight internet of things (IoT). The monitoring tool recording this IoT- based cattle body weight real which is stored in a database and displayed on web. The database is created using services from firebase and the website is designed using several programming languages, namely HTML, CSS and Javascript. Monitoring is carried out using IoT so that the measurement values for cattle weight, RFID tag data, time of measurement, and age of cattle can be accessed through the website with the aim of making it easier for users view real and recapitulate measurement data. The results of the research conducted, the system runs according to design. In the test of sending ten weight data, RFID tag data, and measurement time to firebase them were sent and received without any errors and the website also worked according to design with 100% success. The data obtained from testing the delay in sending data to firebase using the available network obtained an average delay of 0.97 seconds with the delay of 1.36 seconds and the delay of 0.72 seconds. The throughput on this system is 1990 bits/sec
