Abstract

COVID-19 adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh SARS-Cov-2 yang menjadi wabah di dunia. Selain berdampak pada orang dengan penyakit kronis, COVID-19 juga dapat berdampak pada gangguan psikologis seperti stress, ketakutan dan kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Kecemasan merupakan pengalaman subjektif yang dinilai kurang menyenangkan, kekhawatiran mengenai kondisi seseorang. Peningkatan kecemasan ibu hamil selama masa pandemi COVID-19 berkaitan dengan karakteristik ibu yang meliputi umur, paritas pendidikan, dan pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik ibu terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di PMB Any Ismawahyuni A.Md. Keb. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain non eksperimental observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh ibu hamil TM 3 di PMB Any Ismawahyuni A.Md. Keb. sebanyak 42 orang dan terdapat 38 sampel yang diteliti selama bulan April-Juni 2022. Kecemasan ibu hamil diukur menggunakan kuisioner HARS. Mayoritas ibu hamil TM 3 di PMB Any Ismawahyuni A.Md. Keb mengalami kecemasan sedang (36,2%). Analisis chi-square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pendidikan dengan kecemasan ibu hamil selama pandemi COVID-19 (P = 0,001). Sementara itu, tidak ditemukan hubungan antara usia, pekerjaan dan paritas dengan kecemasan ibu hamil selama pandemi COVID-19 (P >0,005). Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hubungan antara pendidikan dengan kecemasan ibu hamil pada masa pandemi COVID-19, semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan maka semakin rendah tingkat kecemasan yang dialami ibu hamil

English Abstract

COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by SARS-COV-2, which was first discovered in Wuhan in 2019. Besides impacting people with chronic diseases, COVID-19 can also affect pregnant women's psychological disorders such as stress, fear and anxiety. Anxiety is a subjective experience considered unpleasant and concerns about a person's condition. The increasing anxiety of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic is related to the mothers' characteristics, including age, educational parity, and work. This study aims to test the relationship between maternal factors and pregnant women's anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic at Autonomous Midwifery Practice Any Ismawahyuni A.Md. Keb. The study is a non-experimental Design Observational Analytics with a Cross-Sectional approach. The population used is all pregnant women in the third trimester in Autonomous Midwifery Practice Any Ismawahyuni A.Md. Keb. from April to June 2022 a total of 42 pregnant women and samples were determined using the slovin formula 38 samples pregnant women were included in the study. Pregnant women's anxiety was measured using a HARS questionnaire. Based on the HARS scale measurements, most TM 3 pregnant women in Autonomous Midwifery Practice Any Ismawahyuni A.Md. Keb experienced moderate anxiety (36.2%). Chi-Square's analysis showed a relationship between education and the anxiety of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic (P = 0.001). Meanwhile, no relationship was found between age, work and parity with the anxiety of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic (P >0.005). There relationship between education and the anxiety of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic, the higher of education level of pregnant women, the lower level of anxiety expreineced by pregnant women
