Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya peran gaya kepemimpinan, stress kerja dan turnover intention dalam suatu perusahaan. Turnover intention mengarah pada kenyataan menetap atau keluarnya karyawan membuat perusahaan perlu memberikan dukungan dan perhatian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intention pada pegawai PMI Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner pada 55 responden pegawai PMI Kota Malang. Pengambilan sempel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proportional sampling dan jumlah sampel yang diwakili dari jumlah populasi yang diteliti menggunakan rumus slovin. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif dan analisa regresi.
English Abstract
This research is motivated by the importance of the role of leadership style, job stress and turnover intention in a company. Turnover intention leads to the fact that employees stay or leave, which makes companies need to provide support and attention. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work stress on turnover intention of employees of PMI Malang City. This research uses explanatory research. Methods of data conducted by distributing questiooaires to 55 responder that is employees of PMI Malang City. Sample in this research uses proportional sampling and using the slovin's formula . Analysis of the data used is analysis descriptive and analysis regression
