Abstract
PT. BPR BANK GIRI SUKADANA adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang perbankan daerah di Kabupaten Wonogiri. Salah satu hal yang sering dikeluhkan pegawai tentang data kepegawaian adalah pengajuan cuti pegawai. Permasalahan dari sistem pengajuan cuti pegawai seperti lambatnya pencarian data cuti pegawai, serta form pengajuan cuti masih diisi secara manual. Permasalahan cuti ini terjadi karena sistem yang diterapkan masih bersifat manual dan belum terkomputerisasi. Dengan alasan ini penulis membuat sistem informasi pengajuan cuti pegawai berbasis website menggunakan PHP dengan database MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, maka proses pembuatan laporan cuti pegawai oleh direktur menjadi lebih mudah dan dapat langsung mencetak data cuti pegawai. Penyimpanan data cuti pegawai sudah tidak perlu lagi menggunakan formulir cuti karena data dapat dicetak dan sudah tersimpan dalam database sistem serta pengajuan cuti sudah terhubung dengan atasan sehingga proses approval cuti oleh pegawai tidak perlu lagi mencari-cari atasan untuk meminta approval.
English Abstract
PT. BPR BANK GIRI SUKADANA is a private company engaged in regional banking at Wonogiri District. One of the things that employees often complain about employment data is the submission of employee leave. Problems from the filing system for employee leave such as the slow search for employee leave data, and the leave submission form are still manually filled. The issue of leave is because the system applied is still manual and not computerized. For this reason the author makes a web-based employee leave information system using PHP with a MySQL database. With this information system, the process of making employee leave reports by the director becomes easier and can print employee leave data directly. Employee leave data storage no longer needs to use the leave form because the data can be printed and already stored in the database system and leave submission has been linked with the direct supervisor so that the employee leave approval process no longer needs to look for the boss to request approval.
