Abstract

Tugas akhir ini berjudul “Rancangan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Untuk pelayanan prima Dalam Lingkup Public Relations PSIK FAkultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif yang membahas mengenai Rancangan Standar Operasional Prosedur untuk pelayanan prima dalam lingkup public relations PSIK Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya. Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) menjadi pedoman para Staff dalam menjalankan tugasnya masing-masing agar instansi dapat berjalan dengan maksimal dan sesuai yang diinginkan. Dalam memberikan pelayanan, khususnya public relations diharapkan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik dengan cara menjalankan tugasnyasesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur (SOP). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu unttuk mengetahui Rancangan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terdapat Pelayanan Prima dalam lingkup Public Relations PSIK Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penyusunan Tugas Akhir adalah metode obsrvasi wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan metode analisisnya berupa deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan fakta, keadaan, fenomena, variable, dam keadaan yang terjadi saat penelitian berjalan dan menyuguhkan apa adanya.

English Abstract

This final project is entitled "Design of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for excellent service in the Public Relations Scope of PSIK, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya". This research is a qualitative descriptive research that discusses the design of standard operating procedures for excellent service within the scope of public relations PSIK, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) serve as guidelines for staff in carrying out their respective duties so that the agency can run optimally and as desired. In providing services, especially public relations, it is expected to provide the best service by carrying out their duties in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). The purpose of this study is to find out the Design of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Excellent Service within the scope of Public Relations PSIK, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya. The data collection method in the preparation of the Final Project is an interview observation method, and documentation with a descriptive qualitative analysis method, namely research that uses facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables, and circumstances that occur when the research is running and presents what it is.
