Abstract

Rasa ketidakpastian saat memilih hotel secara online kerap terjadi, maka dari itu tersedia online review atau Electronic Word of Mouth di website online travel agent. Bertujuan untuk memberikan dan mendapatkan informasi terkait hotel yang diminati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ulasan secara online terhadap keputusan pemesanan kamar khususnya di Hotel Amaroossa Grande Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden, studi literatur dan juga data hotel. Adapun jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kuantitatif Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Selain itu, temuan dari penelitian ini adalah sub variabel General Credibility yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

English Abstract

The feeling of uncertainty when choosing a hotel online often occurs, therefore online reviews or Electronic Word of Mouth are available on online travel agent websites. The aim is to provide and obtain information related to hotels of interest. This study aims to examine the effect of online reviews on room booking decisions, especially at Amaroossa Grande Hotel Bekasi. The data used are questionnaires to 100 respondents, literature studies and also hotel’s data. The type of research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that there was a positive influence between Electronic Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions partially. In addition, the findings from this study are that general credibility is the sub-variable that has the most influence on purchasing decisions.
