Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Employee Performance, pengaruh Organizational Culture terhadap Employee Performance, pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, pengaruh Organizational Culture terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, dan pengaruh Innovative Work Behavior terhadap Employee Performance, serta pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Employee performance jika dianalisis melalui Innovative Work Behavior, dan pengaruh Organizational Culture terhadap Employee performance jika dianalisis melalui Innovative Work Behavior. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu explanatory research dengan metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 41 orang responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Kreigan Sentral Teknologi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) variabel Employee Engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance, (2) variabel Organizational Culture berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Employee Performance, (3) variabel Employee Engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, (4) variabel Organizational Culture berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, (5) variabel Innovative Work Behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance, serta (6) variabel Employee Engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance jika dianalisis melalui Innovative Work Behavior, dan (7) variabel Organizational Culture berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Employee Performance jika dianalisis melalui Innovative Work Behavior.

English Abstract

The purposes of this research is to examine and enhance understanding of the impact of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance, the impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, the impact of Employee Engagement on Innovative Work Behavior, the impact of Organizational Culture on Innovative Work Behavior, and the impact of Innovative Work Behavior on Employee Performance, also the impact of Employee Engagement on Employee performance if analyzed through Innovative Work Behavior, and the impact of Organizational Culture on Employee performance if analyzed through Innovative Work Behavior. This research developed the research using an explanatory research approach with quantitative methods. The study was conducted by involving 44 respondents and all respondents are employees of PT. Kreigan Sentral Teknologi. Furthermore, this research used a purposive sampling technique and data collection method using online questionnaires. Data analysis used in the research included descriptive analysis and path analysis. The research result shows (1) Employee Engagement have a significant impact on Employee Performance, (2) Organizational Culture didn’t have a significant impact on Employee Performance, (3) Employee Engagement have a significant impact on Innovative Work Behavior, (4) Organizational Culture didn’t have a significant impact on Innovative Work Behavior, (5) Innovative Work Behavior have a significant impact on Employee Performance, also (6) Employee Engagement have a significant impact on Employee Performance if analyzed through Innovative Work Behavior, and (7) Organizational Culture didn’t have a significant impact on Employee Performance if analyzed through Innovative Work Behavior.
