Abstract

RSIA Citra Keluarga merupakan salah satu rumah sakit umum di wilayah Kota Kediri yang berkedudukan di Jl.Urip Sumoharjo No.189. RSIA CITRA KELUARGA merupakan perkembangan dari balai pengobatan, klinik dan berada dibawah YASKI. RSIA CITRA KELUARGA mendapat izin operasional dengan Kode PPK 3571145 sejak bulan November 2009 dan diresmikan tanggal 21 februari 2010. RSIA CITRA KELUARGA dalam memberikan pelayanannya mengambil filosofi dasar bahwa pelayanan kesehatan yang baik itu tidak harus mahal dan kalau bisa, harus tidak mahal. Filosofi dasar yang kedua adalah bersama yang tidak mampu kita harus maju. Hal ini memiliki arti bahwa RSIA CITRA KELUARGA harus mampu memajukan dirinya dan pihak-pihak yang berhubungan dengan dirinya menuju arah yang lebih baik. Aplikasi Penjadwalan Pada Karyawan RSIA Citra Keluarga Berbasis Website dapat digunakan oleh para karyawan sekaligus RSIA Citra Keluarga sebagai admin. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode waterfall, database Mysql, Bahasa pemrograman PHP native dan pengujian black box testing.

English Abstract

RSIA Citra Keluarga is one of the public hospitals in the City of Kediri which is located at Jl. Urip Sumoharjo No.189. RSIA CITRA KELUARGA is a development of a medical center, clinic and is under YASKI. RSIA CITRA KELUARGA has received an operational license with Code PPK 3571145 since November 2009 and was inaugurated on February 21, 2010. In providing its services, RSIA CITRA KELUARGA adopts the basic philosophy that good health care does not have to be expensive and if possible, it must be inexpensive. The second basic philosophy is that together we cannot afford to go forward. This means that RSIA CITRA KELUARGA must be able to advance itself and the parties associated with itself towards a better direction. Web-Based Scheduling Application for RSIA Citra Keluarga employees can be used by employees as well as RSIA Citra Keluarga as admin. This application is designed using the waterfall method, MySQL database, native PHP programming language and black box testing.
