Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison, Budaya Organisasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison, Kepuasan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison dengan jumlah 49 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Kepuasan Kerja (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison. Budaya Organisasi (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison. Kepuasan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 42.3%.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Job Satisfaction (X1) on Employee Performance Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison, Organizational Culture (X2) on Employee Performance Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with analysis technique is used multiple linier regression. The population in this study are the whole employees in Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison which is 49 peoples. The result shows that Job Satisfaction (X1) partially have no significant influence on Employee Performance Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison. Organizational Culture (X2) partially have significant influence on Employee Performance Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison. Job Satisfaction and Organizational Culture simultaneously have significant influence on Employee Performance Metland Hotel Cirebon by Horison. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study was 42.3%.
