Abstract
Pada masa PPKM atau Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat, kegiatan WFH (Work From Home) semakin meningkat di Indonesia. Namun beberapa orang lebih memilih untuk bekerja di cafe atau coworking space yang memiliki fasilitas pendukung yang cukup lengkap, seperti sinyal wifi, tempat nyaman serta suasana ruang yang tercipta dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Oleh karena itu, pertumbuhan cafe dan coworking space kian menjamur di beberapa kota. Coworking space dirancang untuk menciptakan suasana serta kondisi yang nyaman bagi pengunjung. Hal tersebut didapat dari peracangan interior yang memperhatikan sisi ergonomi, warna dan material. Selain itu, pemilihan konsep interior juga ikut andil dalam menciptakan suasana. Salah satu konsep interior yang dapat memberikan nuansa asri, sejuk dan nyaman yakni green design. Dengan menggunakan warna hangat serta pemilihan material alami berupa kayu dan batu. Konsep yang diusung penulis tentang coworking space bertema green design cukup tepat diterapkan pada daerah Surabaya. Berpedoman pada peraturan daerah tentang pemeliharaan lahan hijau untuk bangunan perdagangan. Sehingga pemilihan konsep interior tersebut cukup berkaitan. Selain itu, Coworking Space Paper Cup juga menerapkan hal tersebut pada interiornya.
English Abstract
During the quarantine period (PPKM), WFH (Work From Home) activities increased in Indonesia. However, some people prefer to work in cafes or coworking spaces which provide supporting facilities, such as a wifi network, a comfortable place and ambiance that is capable of increasing productivity. Therefore, the vigorous growth of cafes and coworking spaces is advancing in several cities. Coworking space is designed to create a comfortable atmosphere and conditions for visitors. This is obtained from interior design that pays attention to ergonomic aspects, colors and materials. Moreover, the selection of interior concepts also contributes to creating an atmosphere. One of the interior concepts that can give an exquisite, refreshing, and comfortable grasp is green design. By using warm colors and choosing natural materials in the form of wood and stone. The author's concept of coworking space by implementing a green design theme is quite convenient for the Surabaya area. Conducted on regional policies on maintenance of green land for commercial buildings. In such a way that the selection of the interior concept is quite related. Apart from that, the Coworking Space Paper Cup also applies this to its interior design.
